Years have passed. Joseph comes at least twice a week to see his best friend, although he isn't awake yet.

A couple minutes have passed. Suzie Q and Holly were looking at magazines together, meanwhile Joseph kept eye at the time. "Im back." Lisa Lisa sat down next to the couple and waited with them. She had a bag full of things in it, Joseph could only wonder what she had brought.
Meanwhile, Caesar showered with assistance of the nurse, and changed back into his hospital clothes.
"Mr Zeppeli is not yet ready to go home, we need to run some tests if you don't mind." The doctor called on them as they followed her back to his room.
Weeks have passed, and Caesar remained concious. He had to take physical therapy and stay in the hospital for a while. Joseph had of course still went to visit him.

Caesar was sitting on the edge of the bed and stretched. "Hey, Caesar. I brought these things for you" Lisa Lisa handed him the bag and Caesar smiled at her "Thank you, Master Lisa Lisa" he put it next to him and grabbed the clothes, walking into the small bathroom to change.
He looked at himself in the mirror and realized something was missing. "Damn it! Jojo what happened to my headband?" he walked out the room and eyed Joseph. "Haha.... It accidentally burned when I was fighting Kars and stuff im so so sorry-" Lisa Lisa shut Joseph's mouth. Suzie Q gave Caesar one of his other headbands. "Since Joseph is a little dumb sometimes, I brought one of your headbands that you gave to me and told me to keep safe" she giggled. Caesar sighed in relief and thanked Suzie Q.
He tied it around his head and then looked back at Joseph. "You're lucky Suzie Q saved your ass!" he grabbed him by the collar of his jacket and looked him dead in the eye. "Im sorry! Sorry!" Joseph couldn't use his secret technique this time.

They arrived at Lisa Lisa's house and walked in. Caesar placed all the gifts Joseph gave him over the years on the table. "I feel so nostalgic" he looked around the house and plopped onto the couch. "Uncle Caesar! Have this" Holly handed him a cupcake that her and Lisa Lisa made last night. He took it from her hands gently "Oh uh- Thank you. What's your name?"
"Holly Joestar!" she said while posing.

Caesar laughed a bit and started eating the cupcake. "Oh right! We are moving back to New York, Caesarino!" Joseph got behind the couch and looked at the blonde eating his cupcake. "Why?" he asked but then took another bite. "Lisa Lisa only got this house because of us and hamon training remember? We've been waiting for you to wake up so we could all go together. I already went three times but only for a couple of days. So we think its time we all go" he grinned.
"I'm not going. Pretty sure my passport already expired last year, and I need to live by myself. I'm a grown adult, Jojo" he looked back at him. "Yes, but did you forget about the speedwagon foundation? I'm sure speedwagon wouldn't mind!" he took Caesar's cupcake and started eating it. The blonde looked at him in disgust but then continued "I guess. But i'm buying a separate house. When we used to share, your snoring was so damn loud" Caesar sighed and leaned back on the couch.
"Yay!" Joseph squealed "Stop acting like a child. Aren't you like 22 now"
"Im actually 21, so shut it bubble boy" He placed his hand on his mouth.
"Tu sporco animale! Don't put your hands on me when you haven't even washed them yet" Caesar scoffed and pushed Joseph's hand away but then felt it feel different. "Why are you wearing gloves? It's May" he took one of them off and looked at Joseph's prosthetic arm. "What the fuck happened." he sat up straight once again. "Stop cursing! Holly is here" Joseph looked at Holly and told her to go to another room as she nodded.
"Anyways, long story short. After I thought you died I started sobbing but then Lisa Lisa told me to man up even though she was crying too blah blah blah I have a race with this one guy, forgot his name and then I flied a helicopter and crashed it in into a volcano, sent Kars to space while loosing an arm. Suzie Q helps me recover, the doctors gave me this arm , her and I sealed the deal and we tried looking for Granny Erina, my mom and the others only to find out they were attending my funeral although I was still alive. Suzie can give you the details" he slid on the couch next to Caesar.
"Mamma Mia! How did you even survive" Joseph shrugged but then layed back. "What do you mean you don't know!"
After Joseph explained once again he took a deep breath. "I guess Joseph Joestar is immortal then" he slightly chuckled. Jojo smiled at him "Oh and who's your mom? I thought she died" he wondered. "Lisa Lisa."
"WHAT?"
"Hm? What's the problem Caesar-Chan?" he asked the blonde. "Master Lisa Lisa.. is your mom?" Lisa Lisa walked in and looked at the shocked boy. "What is it? I can hear yelling from the other room" she walked over to the couch and crosses her arms. ""You're... Joseph's mother?"
"Yes. Why?"
"Jesus."

It was already night time. They have talked for a while more, ate, and of course Caesar made fun of Joseph's chewing. "Come on Holly, lets tuck you in" Joseph picked up Holly and walked to her room, placing her on her bed. "Can you read me a bed time story, papa?" Joseph smiled "Sure, what book do you want me to read?" Caesar leaned on the other side of the wall as he heard Joseph and his daughter bonding. He smiled to himself.
