"Kozume I like you, would you go out with me?" kenma stared at Akaashi, kenma recently got rejected by kuroo wasn't really in the dating mood but akaashi somehow reminded Kenma of kuroo and he wasn't entirely over him 'I apologize in advance Akaashi' kenma thought "I'd love to go out with you keiji" kenma smiled and so did akaashi. He couldn't wait to tell bokuto and kuroo the good news. "keiji shouldn't we go to the movies? We were planning to do that" "of course Kozume" Kenma slightly frowned akaashi wasn't exactly like kuroo but he wasn't different akaashi had the same jet black hair and a somewhat similar height but akaashi didn't act like kuroo he wasn't that overly confident, that tall, that proper and he wasn't that loud. "Kozume are you ok?" "Yeah don't worry ku- keiji" akaashi's smile faltered 'maybe he was confused because he's hungry' akaashi grabbed Kenma's hand and guided him to a restaurant that was where kenma smiled he remembered the days where he would do this with kuroo "I'm sorry but maybe we should skip the movie, I wanted to get you something to eat is that ok?" "Yeah that's great kuroo" kenma gave him a huge grin akaashi couldn't help but get sad, was kenma on a date with him or kuroo "we should take a picture Kozume" "of course keiji" kenma still had the huge grin on his face when he said his name gave him hope maybe Kozume actually liked him "say cheese" both keiji and Kozume smiled like idiots, kenma thinking he was with kuroo and akaashi thinking kenma liked him for him. "What filter should we put?" "Could we put the cat one?" "Of course Kozume" they took the picture, akaashi looking more like kuroo than kenma expected. When kenma saw the picture "send me it" akaashi obliged sending him the photo, while kenma set the picture as his wallpaper, akaashi posted it on his Twitter
With bokuto and kuroo
"Hey Kuroo did you give Akaashi one of your pictures with Kenma?" "No why?" "kaashi posted this on twitter it looks like a picture but it says 'on a date with Kozume 💛🖤'" kuroo looked at bokuto "why you jealous?" "No, but based on what you told me doesn't it seem weird?" "Who knows bo but just ignore it it's not our business" kuroo leaned towards bokuto and kissed him "yeah you're right" bokuto smiled as kuroo went back to cooking, bokuto despite kuroo's warning bokuto interfered 'hey kaashi I know you're on your date with kenma but I just wanted to let you know to be careful Kuroo rejected kenma and I don't want him to only date you because you resemble kuroo that's all I wanted to say and I'm sorry if I messed anything up :('
With akaken akaashi's pov:
I heard my phone ring and saw bokuto's text while reading I frowned knowing my suspicions were right what I didn't know was that kenma got rejected. "Hey Keiji do you want to sleepover?" I knew I should be upset but I couldn't bring myself, maybe over time he'll find out I'm not kuroo and I'm just me "sure Kozume I'd love to"
At Kenma's house
"I'm going to play some games make yourself comfortable" I sighed "I'll make some food for you" "mhm" I looked at him and he was smiling I couldn't help but smile. Once the food was ready I called Kozume "Kozume the food is ready" "mhm one more match" I knew that wasn't true kuroo often talked about how Kozume said things like that but never stopped playing. I walked over and took the control from his hands pausing his game "come eat with me" I saw him blush a little which made me smile "fine" we walked hand in hand towards the dinner table where I made pan con mantequilla for the both of us (I'm just gonna put what I ate) Kozume took a bite "do you want some milk to drink with it?" "Is it even better with milk?" I laughed "yeah it's way better with a little sugar too" "then yeah I'd like sugar too" I stood up going to get a cup, milk and sugar in the kitchen "Kozume I got the milk and sugar" "Thanks" I served ourselves milk while he put sugar in our meals (it's like 8:00 pm in the scenery) "Thanks for the food Keiji" "no problem at all" We finished eating, he played his game while I cleaned after I finished I played with his hair as he gamed "Kozume it's 10:41 we should sleep" "After this match" "Kozume you're playing Minecraft they're are no matches" "fine" He stood up, saving his game and turning off his Xbox "let's go" (they brushed their teeth after they finished eating and akaashi changed into one of kuroo's pijamas that were left over there) he led the way to his bedroom, Kozume yawned getting into his bed lifting his blanket "what are you waiting for ku-keiji get over here" I felt my heart drop he almost called me kuroo again "Keiji?" "Right" I walked over to his bed quickly getting in since the floor was cold and I wanted to well with Kozume.
No one's pov:
Kenma turned towards akaashi as he laid down with him on his bed, he hugged him cuddling with him trying to think that it was kuroo instead of akaashi. Kenma started getting sleepy and fell asleep in akaashi's arms, Kenma smuggled in tightly not being able to see akaashi's face and akaashi couldn't see his face "goodnight, I love you kuroo"
