A few weeks after Y/n's moms funeral and she's at school again. But, the thing is i know she's still sad she's just trying to hide it.
Anyways i'm really overwhelmed because of my grades and it's all because of social studies. And i don't know why i'm failing and i've tried talking to Mr Johnson but he always says "Well Alex you need to figure it out yourself." whenever i ask why i'm failing.
"I'm just gonna drop out." i chuckled sitting on the bench taking a quick drink of water, "No way!" Y/n responded with a smile and grabbed my hand, pulling me to my feet. "We can't make it through high school without you!" she said dramatically putting the back of her hand on her forehead, i laughed and ran back to our group Y/n racing after me.
We laughed all throughout gym class and threw the basketball around playing CAT again and again.
We went to Math and our teacher was out for today since she was sick so we just had a free period. We decided to text in the group chat so the others in the classroom didn't hear us.
