CHAPTER TWO

--SCHOOL--

Jimin looked down at the hand on his arm and shrugged it off. He had a confused look with brows furrowed.

Jimin: 'Can it wait? I really do have to go.'

JK: 'No.'

Jimin: 'Ok, walk and talk because I cannot be late. Or you can pay the missed appointment fee.'

JK watched Jimin walking away and trotted to catch up.

JK: 'Ok just this once. I need a favor.'

Jimin: 'A favor from me? Are you feeling ok?'

JK: 'It's true.'

Jimin stopped and stared at him.

Jimin: 'Okay. What's my name?'

JK looked to the ceiling and sighed heavily.

JK: 'Look I am so bad with names it is a good thing I remember mine. That doesn't mean anything.'

Jimin: 'True, you aren't very smart.'

JK: 'Hey!'

JK had a scowl on his face and put his hands on his hips. Jimin sighed and tilted his head.

Jimin: 'Ok, it's Jimin. What is this favor? Not that I am doing it or anything.'

Jimin turned and the two of them started walking again. JK frowned and looked down. Jimin looked sideways at him. Jimin was in a mood today. After yesterday's episode he was feeling brave because he didn't have much life anyway and really disliked the jerk next to him. The 'timid Jimin' was put away and his real character was slipping out.

Jimin: 'Well?!?'

JK: 'I thought you would be smarter than this.'

Jimin: 'I am smart not a bloody psychic!'

JK looked at Jimin and snickered. Jimin glanced at him. He laughed? Jimin just yelled at the jerk and he enjoyed it?

'What a weirdo.' Jimin thought.

Jimin was far different in character to what Jungkook had imagined. He was sassy and funny. He had been watching him lately and all he ever saw was a quiet guy that never spoke at all in class or anywhere for that matter. He watched him literally get bullied by everyone, boys AND girls. He could never have imagined the talk back he was receiving now. He laughed slightly.

Jimin: 'Really? Tell me or get lost.'

JK: 'Why don't you speak this way when you get bullied?'

Jimin looked down. How does he explain that in the past talking back only incited physical abuse, so in order to save his life he just accepts the verbal abuse? He sighed.

Jimin: 'Long story and none of your business.'

JK: 'Ok.'

Jimin: 'So this favor?'

JK: 'I need a favor from you.'

Jimin: 'I understand that sentence, but I need details man...details!'

JK hesitated and sighed. Jimin stopped up short and so did JK. They looked at each other.

Jimin: 'Ok, easy. The answer is no.'

JK (shocked): 'No?!? You don't even know what I was going to ask.'

Jimin: 'We are almost to my appointment and you keep hesitating so it is obviously something you don't want to ask so I am making it easy for you...no!'

JK looked at Jimin. Jimin was clever and obviously straightforward, so he should just snuff it up and spill.

JK: 'It is something difficult to ask.'
