Chapter 10 - Blocked Financial Path

The house this time is not a private residential house. Rather, it is a warehouse that has been reconstructed from a state-owned canteen. However, as the location is good and is located in a big city in the central region, Qin Yi Heng and I thought that it can be changed into a car-washing place. So, the potential is still relatively good.

No one died in the warehouse initially; however the canteen administrator suddenly did not come to work and took some money in the safe. There were no news of him at that time, and it is unknown whether he is dead or alive at that time. A month after, this canteen administrator suddenly appeared in Tian Jin area and jumped in front of a running train and committed suicide. However, he had no money, belongings of ID card when he passed away. His family members said that he did not behave oddly before he left, and just told his daughter that he will go out to buy vegetables and at that time he did not take any luggage or clothing. After the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, the canteen was then converted into a warehouse and was leased to a small rolling mill company.

Nothing happened a few years after, until in the recent years, this small rolling mill company started to have problems. One of their newly recruited workers stole one of their steel product, and the he ran away the day after. But, the thing that is surprising is that this young worker also died in Tian Jin and had committed suicide in a similar manner as the previous canteen administrator.

As the rumors of the administrator's death had been swirling before, when the young worker died, people brought up the previous incident and connected them together. After that, the small rolling mill company started to lose a lot of money somehow and became bankrupt in a short period of time. After that, someone had started a car-washing business here, but this business is also not successful.

There are lots of reasons why a business will fail such as poor management, commercial competitors, etc. and even factors related to feng shui. Anyway, there are lots of reasons. If a business loses money, it is less likely caused by spirits. After all, spirits rarely causes financial loss, because they have no direct interest in money. Of course, this did not rule out the presence of a deceased miserly spirit. I have heard of rumors of a miser that died of a heart attack. When his children wanted to divide the family property, they were unable to find his bankbook. They searched the entire house and were still unable to find it. Of course, there is a possibility that the old miser had hidden it before his death. But the quaint thing is that when the children burned a lot of gold and silver for the dead miser, and told him that he will no longer be able to spend his real-life wealth, and that it is better for him to leave it to the children so his children can burn some underworld money for him in the underworld, they were able to find the money easily after this. I heard of this story through hearsay, but I believe that it is true. But, this warehouse obviously had nothing to do with a miser, so there is a difference.

Qin Yi Heng prepared briefly before setting off. After discussing it, we decided that this house would not be difficult to handle.
