Chapter 14: Recovery

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" Sigaw ko sa kanya kahit na ang sakit sakit na talaga sa may ribs ko at pati yung sinapak niya.

"You said it yourself earlier right? Why are you so stupid?" Sabi lang nito at nagtuloy-tuloy na siyang naglakad papunta sa I don't know where.

" Where are we going?"

"You're asking too many questions, why don't you just shut your mouth and see for yourself later?" He said irritated. Why is he so freaking sungit?! Nakakainis din kaya kasi hindi mo mawari or maintindihan kung ano ba talaga ang kanyang ugali. Hindi nalang ako nagsalita at baka mas lalo pang mainis itong lalaking ito kaya mas naramdaman ko ang kirot sa may bandang ribs ko kasi doon nakaconsentrate ang isip ko. Pinikit ko ang mga mata ko para kahit konti marelax naman ako.

" Treat her" I heard Ice say kaya napabukas ang mga mata ko ng wala sa oras, HOSPITAL...tch. I hate the ambiance and atmosphere of a hospital, it's making me even sicker, amoy gamot pa. MAs lalo lang akong nastress and to think na walang lasa iyong pagkain nila dito. It's so frustrating.

" I don't wanna stay here, Why don't we just go out and I'll treat this broken rib myself" I said those words kahit alam kong hindi ko magagamot ito, it's just that I hate this place its making me remember things that I shouldn't remember anymore.

"Or die instead? In this instant I'll let you die so that you won't feel that pain anymore, you want to try?" Tanong nito and mind you, He is serious.

"Fine, fine, I give up. I'll stay here and bare with it" Magtitiis nalang ako dito sa Hospital kaysa naman patayin ako ng heartless, cold-hearted jerk na ito na walang kaawa-awa kahit na mamatay ka na sa harap niya and I need to revenge first before I will give my life up or to make it clearer, to surrender my life. That is my goal, to Avenge my mom.

Inihiga niya ako sa may hospital bed at umalis agad.

Were you also wondering kung bakit may hospital ang building nila? Diba dapat clinic lang? Pero seriously, It's a hospital. So that's why I was also wondering how, but don't bother anymore. Lahat naman ng bagay at pangyayari sa building na ito ay nakakapagtaka, it's full of surprises in short its all in one building so I'm telling you to stop bothering anymore because it will only make your minds stressed and confused, sayang lang ang effort.

"Anong part ang masakit sa iyo miss?" Tanong ng doctor na medyo matanda tapos iyong white coat niya ay walang sleeves parang naging sleeveless na mahaba, I can't explain it properly I suck at describing anyways basta ganoon yung itsura niya tapos may tattoo-tattoo pa sa may kamay at shoulders niya, si Ice kaya? May tattoo? I think meron. This old man is scary. The hell! Is he really a doctor? or a gangster? both kaya? Yeah I think so.

"Uhh, m-my rib p-part" I stuttered. He's scary really and to think na we are the only ones in the room. Why did Ice leave me here alone with this old man slash doctor slash gangster. That guy really is a shit like the poo of a dog. Ughh.

Hinawakan niya bigla sa may rib part ko na nakapagpasigaw sa akin. Bastos itong old man na ito ah, bigla bigla ba namang nanghahawak. Isn't that a harassment? I have to report this to the authority dapat hindi ito gingawa ng matandang ito. Ughhh...thinking of him holding me makes me shiver. Ang sakit ng hinwakan niya, Gosh what's wrong with this man?

"W-why did you do that?" I asked him na nandidiri nakatingin naman siya sa akin pero seryoso lang. I can't accept na ang matandang ito nahawakan niya ako. 

"Follow me" Sabi nito.

"No! Where on earth are you leading me to go?!" I'm really hesterical right now. Nakakatakot siya.

"I'm a doctor, I'm not a rapist" Sabi nito sabay turo sa may nakapin na tag name niya ata and there it said it, "DR.JY. PArk, MD"

"S-sorry" I said apologetically. Oo nga naman doctor siya kaya normal lang iyon. It's just that its been how many years since I entered a hospital again kaya hindi ako sanay.

"No it's okay, It's the after effects of a broken rib. Because of the pain that you are feeling it made you think of things which makes you nervous" Sabi ng old ma--I mean DR.Park.

Hindi na ako nagsalita at tumago nalang ako. Inalalayan niya akong tumayo at naglakad, "X-ray room"  nakalagay sa pinto. As we entered pinahiga niya ako then examined the part where my ribs are using something that is connected with the machine and from the result, my rib is broken. Sabi ko na nga ba eh, sa lakas ba naman ng sipa ni Neo kanina? Siguro kung ibang babae ang nagkaganito, iiyak dahil sa iniindang sakit, but me? I'm a strong woman. Matapang na kung matapang I don't freaking care. Maybe if this happened while I was still a "girly" girl iiyak-iyak ako na akala mo naman mamamatay na. Magpakababae nga kayo! Ipakita niyo ang lakas ng isang babae!

The doctor slash old man na maraming tattoo treated me, He told me na i have to take the pills that he is giving me because it will help cure my broken rib pero nagtaka ako, bakit sleeping pills naman ata yung gamot na pinapainom niya sa akin.

"Sleeping pills?" I asked confused.

" No, painkiller.Your rib will heal eventually and for you not to feel pain you need to take this pills" He advised.

"Thanks" I said then took the pills. After taking the painkiller my body relaxed kasi unti unting nawawala yung sakit. I was sleepy and tired so I drifted away from this world and fell asleep.

"Your mom?" Neo asked.

"Yeah my mom, How do you know her?" I asked him.

"She asdjklmnf" Sabi ni Neo, I didn't understand what he is saying it's like his words are jumbled together with something that you can't understand.

" What? Hindi kita maintindihan Neo, Please can you repeat it again?" I begged him.

Neo looked at me confused and walked away.

"Neo! Wait! Neo!"

"Hey! wake up!" I heard someone shouting kaya binuksan ko ang mga mata ko, it's Ice.
