its been about two weeks and I am packing for LA because I'm leaving tomorrow! I was just putting my last shirt in my suitcase when my mom and dad walked in

"aw we're going to miss you so much baby!!" mom said sadly

"yeah what are we gonna do without you here" my dad said moping

"come on guys its only a little bit, plus ill call you guys all the time" I said

"you better!" both of them said at the same time laughing

"haha, i will still miss you guys though!" I said

both my parents came forward and gave me huge hugs. then they said I should go to bed (because I'm leaving at 5 AM!!!!) so they kissed me goodnight and I fell asleep exited and anxious for the day ahead of me.

---5 AM---

my alarm clock went off as I groaned not wanting to get up, but then I remembered what was happening today and I almost flew out of bed. I got dressed into some comfy cloths, ate breakfast, and then me and my parents were off to the airport. once we got there my parents helped me get my bags and I was ready.

"we are gonna miss you baby, see you soon!!! your gonna do great, and remember all my advise" my mom said

"if you need anything call! love you baby!!" my dad said

"love you too, I'll see you guys soon!" I said giving them both hugs

then I was off to LA!!! I walked through the airport feeling anxious as I did all the usual airport stuff going through security, checking bags, etc. once I was done it was time to board the plane. I got on and just made myself comfy for this 6 hour flight.

---time skip---

I just landed in LA!!! as I walked off the plane and got my bags I watched for a sign with my name on it. as I scanned the airport finally I found a large sign saying 'Kayla ross' on it with lots of other names. I walked over and there he was Mr. Tibbles with about 7 other girls who I suspected were my new teammates. Mr. Tibbles waved me over and I walked up to him smiling

"hello kayla!" Mr. Tibbles said happily

"hi!" I said

"these are your new teammates, ladies this is Kayla Ross! why don't you introduce yourself" Mr. Tibbles said

"hi I'm Brianna May but you can call me bri"

I nod in response looking at the others for their names

"im Hannah kay"

"I'm grace winger"

"I'm Kiara howe but everyone calls me kie"

I nod again

"im Ava Hanley"

"im layla holt"

"I'm Alexa Caine people call me lex"

I nod AGAINN and smile at everyone

"its nice to meet you guys, I'm Kayla Ross but I guess you guys already know that haha!" I say laughing

I hear a couple of small laughs from the girls

"alrighty! since we have everyone now I guess we can get going to the dorms you guys are staying in." said Mr. Tibbles

we all excitedly walked out of the airport and into the car that takes us to the dorms

once we got to the dorms we all ran out of the car and into the building SUPER exited.

"well here are your dorms, also hmm I was going to tell you guys something but I forgot. well I have to go have fun!" said Mr, Tibbles handing us a paper with room arrangements

we nodded and said goodbye to him taking the paper.

Hannah, Alex, grace, Layla, and Ava went to their dorm but me, Brianna, and Kiara just looked at each other confused.

"why does it say Connie and Julie?" I said looking at them

"I don't know, its probably an accident" said Kiara

"yeah" Brianna shrugged

we agreed and just went to our dorm. our dorm had 5 beds so we got to choose, I chose the one closest to the balcony and set my stuff down unpacking and relaxing before our first practice.
