There was glass everywhere on the floor. Jimin spotted me outside and slammed the door in my face.
I slowly opened it and stepped inside. "Jim-" he glared at me, "get out."
"I just wanted to say tha-"Jimin grabbed my arm, "I don't care what you want to say! I never even wanted to fucking marry you! You didn't either so don't pretend like you care!"
He clenched his jaw and dragged me out his room before locking his door.
One week later:
Jimin and I returned to South Korea after our meeting was finished. He was extremely cold and closed off.
We hardly spoke unless it was necessary and I really didn't mind.
I fried scrambled eggs for myself and sat down to eat. Jimin, as usual, was in his room.
Jungkook phoned me almost everyday to check up on me, as Hyunjae, and ask about where I, y/n, was. I couldn't give him an answer and it killed me.
Jungkook deserved so much better than this. He deserved to know what happened. Everytime I tried to tell him, the words got caught in my throat.
As I ate, my stomach churned. I felt sick and immediately ran to the bathroom.
I started vomiting. I held my hair back as I threw up my breakfast. I rinsed my mouth and sighed.
Maybe the eggs were raw or something. I washed up and got out my laptop, to work on our latest project.
The whole day went by as I worked. Although I continued vomiting. It made no sense but I guess the eggs were really bad.
I finally got up and decided to order pizza. I switched on Netflix and ate.
The same churning feeling went through my body. I rushed to the bathroom but bumped into Jimin.
I couldn't hold it in anymore and threw up on him. Jimin glared at me and grabbed my arm.
"What the fuck did you do?" He pushed me back and looked down at his clothes.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to, I-" Jimin already walked away. I quickly went to the bathroom and rinsed my mouth.
I felt a hand on my arm. "Come." Jimin pulled me behind him. "Where are we going?"
Jimin ignored me and pulled me outside. He opened the car door and pushed me to sit.
"Ji-" he glared at me again, "don't talk to me." I nodded and looked out the window.
Jimin swerved and parked the car. He pulled me out and continued to pull me into the hospital.
He pushed me to the waiting area and walked to reception.
My stomach began to churn again. Jimin stood in front of me, "come." I followed him into a doctor's office.
"Mr Park, how may I help you?" The doctor smiled at both of us.
"This is my wife, Park Hyunjae. She's been vomiting the whole day." How did he know?
"I'll wait outside." Jimin got up and left.
The doctor looked at me, "so describe what's been happening?"
I told the doctor how I felt and what happened today. He nodded, and got out his stethoscope.
"I'll collect a blood and urine sample as well. Although it may just be you ate something bad?"
He checked my heartbeat and took a blood and urine sample.
"I'll phone you when your results are ready. For now, just relax." I nodded, "thank you."
I walked out and spotted Jimin. We got in his car and headed home. He was so weird. He took me to the doctor but he didn't even ask if I was okay.
I got in the house and packed the food away. Jimin was already upstairs, probably sleeping.
I also went to bed, hoping it was nothing serious.
I got up with a horrible headache but managed to shower and get dressed.
I tried to find something to eat but the mere smell of food made me gag. I could only drink water and tea.
An unknown number popped up on my phone. I assumed it was Hyunjae and answered it.
"Mrs Park, your results are in. Congratulations, you're two weeks pregnant."
