It had been a month since Adrien and Marinette decided to go their separate ways they didn't wish to end things the way they did but sometimes you have to make hard choices for the people you love even if it hurts.

Lila wouldn't wait a day to marry Adrien so she decided she wanted the wedding to be as soon as possible, so the wedding was June thirteenth a week away the news had spread faster than a Hurricane.

Marinette didn't go I work, because she was so used to Adrien dropping her off and whining about how much she worked so much, but instead she ate 10 pints of ice cream everyday.

Adrien wasn't doing any better, he had to deal with the constant bragging of an indecisive spoilt bratty girl who cared about no one but herself Nino had tried everyday to let him see the "bright" side which was neither he nor Marinette would get bank rubbed.

One thing they didn't know was that they would see each other soon, a little too soon.

Marinette's POV
Let's just say my life wasn't sparkle and glitter anymore no like it ever was but that's not the point, the point is that ever since Adrien had decided to marry Lila my life was falling apart I didn't sleep at all, all I did all day was stay in my room in my pajamas eating ice cream I looked a mess and I knew it I was just to tired to get up.

"Marinette get up where going out!" I heard Alya holler from the other side of the door.

"No!" I say.

"You've been in your room for a month eating nothing but ice cream and I'm sure you look awful!" She calls.

"I don't want to go anywhere!" I whine.

"Young lady if I have to unscrew this door I will, and I'll run warm water for you and you can get out of your stinky clothes and have a nice bath and then get dinner, okay?" She asks. not waiting for my answer she yanks open the door looks at me for a moment goes to the bathroom to turn on the water, and hugs me.

"It's okay girl, I'm here for you!" She says comforting me as I cry on her shoulder.

"I-I miss him, Alys!" I whimper.

"I know, I know!"

"Come on let's get you cleaned up." She says helping Marinette up.

I got in the bath and she gets me something good to wear.

What I didn't know was that this night would be a turn of events.

Adrien's POV
Lila just left after once again trying to seduce me, girl wouldn't quit but I wasn't interested I loved Marinette not her, "Hey dude!" Nino says walking in rather excited.

"Why are you happy?" I ask irritatedly.

"We're going out to eat!"

"So?!?" Couldn't he realize I wasn't in the mood to be disturbed I was sad, and all he cared about was eating?

"What do you mean so?!?"

"I mean so as in I don't care, can you leave!" I didn't mean to sound harsh but he had his love of his life but I didn't instead I was stuck here with a stupid best friend and a girl named Lila.
