Unfortunate Events

This chapter takes place during the Mr. Beast video titles "$60,000 Extreme Hide And Seek - Challenge" thought I'd let y'all know to to help set the scene.

The beautiful melody plays over the slight hum of warm air flowing through my car's vent. I scroll on my phone awaiting for my brother to finally text me back. It's been almost half an hour since I arrived to drop off this laptop charger. He said he was going to be filming a video in this miniature abandoned town for his friends YouTube channel, but still I didn't think they would get this distracted. My brother, Chandler, was always so serious about his work so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised he probably put down his phone some where while filming. Not too much later I hear a ding over my speaker and a notification come across the top of my phone.

I turn off my car and open up the door and the sharp, cold atmosphere consumes my body as I open up my door and step out of my car. I make my way towards this weird, and might I add kinda creepy, miniature town.

After a while of walking I realize just how big this miniature city is. It's like I've been walking for at least 20 minutes and I haven't seen a single soul I know this is the right location, at least I think so. Chandler sometimes told me how him and his friends did really big challenges but I didn't think they'd need a whole city for some YouTube video. But I tend to not ask questions. Only recently have me and chandler started talking, ever since I've moved out of our family home and moved in with my bestfriend Sophia we have been acting like actual siblings instead of people who grew up together.

As I'm stuck in my thoughts my phone starts to buzz in my pocket. Finally! If I don't hurry my butt up or Sophia will practically exile me from being her best friend if I miss movie night. I pull my phone out of my pocket and realize not only was it not Chandler it was Sophia asking me what I wanted to eat during the movies so she could grab it before I get home. I swear if she wasn't my bestfriend she would be my wife.

My foot caught on a branch and the next thing I know -BAM- What just happened? One thing I knew I was checking my phone and next thing I knew I'm in this... ditch? I thought a ditch would be moreeee rocky?? It's actually pretty cushioned as if I fell on a... PERSON?!?! I FELL ON A PERSON!!! IS HE DEAD?! I PROBABLY KILLED HIM!!!!

"OH MY JESUS ARE YOU OKAY?!-" he tries too cut me off by waving his hands in front of me but I feel to bad to even notice "-IM SO SORRY I DIDNT MEAN TO-" he places places his finger in front of my lips signaling me to shut my mouth, my words linger off of my lips as I hear people approaching our vicinity. I start to panic a little bit.
