The Day I Meet the Alpha (Completed)

Day 6

I woke up from dreaming about Jack and I reach over to his side, but when I felt it was empty that is when I remember he is not here. Even though he said he is gone due to Alpha Duties I have a feeling that it is more than that and it is because of me.

Abby walks in and hugs me after setting another letter and present down. After my crying stopped Abby has Alice help her bring me to the bathroom to get ready. I slipped on my leg cover and got washed up just thinking about Jack.

After getting ready Abby and Alice brings me breakfast, but like yesterday Abby proves the food is safe first. Alice takes my empty dishes and I open the letter while Abby is in the bathroom.

My Little Mate,
I hope you enjoyed your present yesterday since today's is another one. Anyways it is 12am here and I am writing this then having it sent to you immediately so that you have it when you wake up. I have been busy here and all I can think about is you, I miss you so much. I hope that you are staying in bed as much as possible so you leg heals. I am trying my best to make it back to you soon, but as of right now it does not look like I will be back to bring you to the doctor to get those stitches out in at least two more days. If that does become the case I have told Abby and Alice to let the doctor in, but have Lance stay near by just in case. Again if you need to reach me for anything I will keep my phone on and with me at all times. Just know that you can call me for any reason. Anyways it is getting late and I have an early morning, so until I return just know I am thinking about you.

The pull gets stronger and I start crying making Abby and Alice rush to me.

"What is wrong?" Abby asks.

"I miss him."

I did not need to explain, but as soon as I said that Alice nods getting her phone out. She makes a call and hands me the phone.

"Hello?" Jack asks through the phone.

I start crying feeling the pull once again get stronger.

"Anny is that you little mate?" Jack asks through the phone.

"Y...yes."

"What is wrong? Did...?" Jack asks through the phone until there is a knock being heard on his end of the call.

"Tell him I will be there shortly." Jack says to the person who knocked.

"Jack?"

"Yes little mate?" Jack asks through the phone.

"I mi...miss y.....you!"

"I miss you too!" Jack says through the phone.

"I a....am s.....sor..sorry."

"For what?" Jack asks through the phone.

"Ma...mak...making y....you le....lea...leave."

"Oh my little mate, you did not make me leave the pack. Yes it hurt not being allowed to touch you, but I understand." Jack says through the phone.

"The....then w...why a...are y...you n....not h....here?"

I was still crying so Abby and Alice hugs me.

"Because an ally needs my help." Jack says through the phone.

"Jack...."

There is another knock on his side of the call.

"I will be there shortly." Jack says.

"My little mate I have to go, but I will call you back when I am done." Jack says through the phone.

"Fine."

I hang up the phone and hand it back to Alice.

"Do you feel better know?" Alice asks.
