There's an alleyway and in that alleyway is a small pub.

It's an hour after midnight, 1 in the morning.

Theres noone outside, not even the dead. But it seemed way louder then it should be. Even when it was so quiet...

Inside of the said pub was a bar. Not an empty bar, a rather full one. There were people in there, just chilling, talking about something.

"Well then," said one of the people inside the pub, who had light blue hair, "guess we don't need Nomus anymore."

"We have better ones anywayssss!" Squeeled a 16-17 year old secondary school girl. "Shut up you 4ft 9 child." Snapped a shady young adult, who has what looks like purple scars on his face.

"Hey! I'm 5ft 1!"

"Who cares."

"Tomura. We could use the Nomus has a phase of worry." Said someone who looked like they were made out of gas. Dark purple gas.

"What do you mean?" The light blue haired man-child said. "We can use the Nomu's just to give them another thing to worry about. Making them panic."

Silence.

"Good idea." Said someone on the TV that was on the bar counter. Their voice was sometimes glitching out a bit making them seem 10x more scarier than they normally are.

"I want the Nomu's ready to false attack in one week." The blue haired man said. "And I don't want anyone hurt.." He said his voice changing tone immediately. "This will be fun.."

"It won't be fun if it goes wrong." The voice on the Tv said. "But it didn't when we told THEM to blow up the school," the light blue haired man snapped at the person on the TV, "and plus, it's all going according to the plan."

"It could turn around. You know how the Hero's are." A man who was being quite quiet said. The man had a mask on. Not like just a full face mask but one that makes him look like a robber. This person is the one who can be the most scariest at times, randomly changing his personality.

"Well, all the other villains and viligenates have a pattern they accidentally follow, and it's pretty easy to figure it out." The person with purple scars said. "They get stuck in the pattern of killing and the police easily finds them. But us, we don't have a pattern, were just doing it for fun." And he, he was right. They don't have a reason they are doing it for fun.

"What about that ghost kid? What was he for Tomura? Why did you want him?" The guy on the TV said. He obviously was wondering for quite a while since he seemed so desperate to get it out. "Theres something about that kid.. He seems different. For a quirk less kid he managed to bring himself back to life. No other ghost has managed that."

"True." The radio voice said, relaxation in his voice. Obviously enjoying the chat about everyone else's pain apart from this group. "How do you know the kid is quirkless?" The guy with the scars asked.

The man on the radio exhaled. The man with light blue hair knew but also didn't know why. He just got told to collect data on him by their boss, the guy on the radio.

"I don't know-" the guy with the light blue hair got interrupted bye their boss, on the radio. "I wanted him to join the LOV. He was being bullied and had a pretty bad life apart from his mother, his mother was the only good thing he had. I thought if we collected data on the kid we could know more about him, which we do now. Then if we killed his mother while there was a villain attack we could blame it on the Hero's and get him to join. I could have gave him a quirk to convince him to join."

Everything seemed more well explained. "But what about when we captured him as a ghost? What was that about?" The blue haired guy asked. "He obviously had a quirk that came to him when he needed it the most, which was when he died." The man on the radio explained, "which I think was a resurrection quirk, whenever he dies he would get half revived back. But I didn't know this at the time. When i asked twice to get the kid he used a device to see him. He caught the kid and brought him here. I needed some of his blood so I could see what exactly his quirk was, and so I can steal it. I found out what it was but he escaped. Lucky kid he is."

So much more explained. So much more. "So if you manage to steal his quirk you can give bits of it to us and we can be able to revive ourselves?" The scared guy said catching on to every work the radio man said.

"Yes, but you will only be able to revive yourselves once, when he can revive himself as many times as he wants." He replied.

"YES NO MORE HEROS!" The childish teenager shouted standing up. "This means I can kill as many people as I want without worrying about dieing!" She squeeled. "It doesn't technically mean all the hero's will be gone." The guy with blue hair snapped.

"Well I guess we can annoy people by dieing and living." Twice, the one with the mask, said.

"So all we need is the kid?"

"Yes."

"Fair enough."
