Season 3 Episode 2 : The Derwent Valley Dash

It's 6PM in the Evening, and the teams from both The Rainbooms and The Dazzlings are lining up for their Second Race in the Autumn Season. The Race will go around The Derwent Reservoir, making a circle through the Forest. While everyone is waiting for Neo Dash's Order to start the race, everyone was just talking about their strategy's in overtaking rivals to make sure that nothing happens like Aria's incident when she failed in overtaking Fluttershy and causing her to brake hard and went off the road.

Powerful Sparkle: So what is your strategy to defend your position, and also overtaking Indigo just in case she passed you?

Neo Dash: Well, I'm going to downshift and get away from her, and if she tries to overtake me, I will use the Zig-Zag trick that we all use to defend ourself. And if I want to pass her, I tricked her by swerving my car to the right, then bang to the left and then I downshift, boom. Tricked.

Powerful Sparkle: That Sounds like a nice trick. Let's see what you got there.

Neo Dash: How about yours?

Powerful Sparkle: Oh. Don't ask me. I have many tricks I could use just in case she (Indigo) passed me, or even defending myself.

Neo Dash: Alright. Is Everyone back there Ready??

Everyone Else: Ready!!

Neo Dash: Alright, Let's go!!

*everybody hops in their car*

Engine Revs, staring at each other from their car, waiting for the light to turn green. Meanwhile, Neo Dash check's the map for this race. There's going to be a S-Shaped Turn just 300 Meters after the Start Line. After that, it's going to be some Straight Lines with a little bit of turn, and then turning left on the Derwent River. "I have a feeling Indigo Zap will have difficulties in overtaking..." Said Neo Dash.

*timer shows 4 seconds left*

*3, 2, 1, 0... light turns green*

Everyone Launched their Car. Neo Dash goes first, followed by Powerful Sparkle and the rest of her team from behind. Just 5 Seconds to the race, Indigo Zap is already right behind Pinkie Pie. But because there is a S-Shaped Turn Ahead, she stayed behind her. Everyone stayed in formation, taking the Inside and Outside line, no one else attempts to overtake, as they don't want the same thing to happen like what happened to Aria while overtaking in a Turn. All just stayed in the Line.

After the S-Turn, everyone goes Full Throttle. Indigo Zap went through the Oncoming Lane, Passing by Pinkie Pie. But Not for Rarity as she realizes from the Roaring V12 Engine. She Swerved right and then brakes. Causing Indigo Zap to brake hard as her car was on full throttle. Her Position then dropped to 9TH Position. "Dammit!" said Indigo. Rarity dropped to 6th Position, but then she managed to Downshift and passes by Applejack and Pinkie Pie to return back to her position before brake checking Indigo.

Everyone was just trying to pass each other, even in their own teams. Indigo Zap passed Fluttershy because her reaction to block was late. She passed Sunset Shimmer, Pinkie Pie and Applejack, but not for Rarity again. But this time, she didn't brake check. She just swerved to her incoming direction, and then she continues driving. Aria tries to overtake Fluttershy, but she didn't make it.

Sonata Dusk takes the lead, tries to overtake Fluttershy, but she didn't make it too. Although she tried tricking her by doing the Fake Swerve that Indigo Uses, Fluttershy sees through her rear-view mirror that she is trying to trick her. "Hahaha, not this time, Taco Girl!" said Fluttershy. She Downshifts and gets away from both Sonata and Aria. "Goddammit, why she can't be tricked? That is the trick I learned from Indigo!" said Sonata with an anger tone.
