Chapter 2

Danielle arrived to work at 8:50pm she went to her floor via the lift whilst looking at emails on phone. Once she arrived on her floor she walked out looking down at her phone. She leaned on the desk looking at Noah "Hey, Noah... how was your night did you pick up a nice fella then?" Noah gave Danielle a worried look. "what?" then Danielle heard her "Hi Danielle, are these the conversations you usually have with your peers?" Danielle turned around "Why? Are you upset that I am not interested in yours Stefania?" "Like I have said before it is Miss. Spampinato!" Danielle rolled her eyes and asked Noah to email her todays agenda. "So did you need something or are you just here to be annoying." Danielle walked to her office and Stefania followed.

When in her office Stefania walked over to Danielle and leaned down to view the agenda Danielle got sent through by Noah "You know Danielle I am your boss, and I can fire you for speaking to me this way?" Danielle spun around slightly in her chair her eyes locked with Stefania's. "I'm sorry would you like me speak to you in a different way Miss. Spampinato?" Danielle made sure to put emphasis on Stefania's name. They both stayed looking into each other's eyes. They were interrupted by Noah speaking on the intercom. "Yes Noah, you can come in."

After they finished their morning agendas it was nearing lunch "So Danielle... do you have lunch plans?" Danielle looked up at Stefania "erm I usually just eat my lunch with Noah why? Do you?" Stefania looked disappointed "Ok, no worries." "Why Stefania?" "I don't know I just thought we have gotten off to a wrong start and thought we could maybe start over?" Danielle looked at Stefania and honestly the sad look on Stefania's face just made all of the hatred Danielle had for Stefania fade away. "Hi, I am Danielle Savre." Danielle put her hand out for Stefania to take, Stefania looked at Danielle and smiled and then shook her hand. "Hi Danielle, I am Stefania Spampinato." "Now Stefania, would you like to have lunch with me and Noah?" "It is still Miss Spampinato to you, but yes please." "Yes, I think we might need to work on the name thing. Come on."
"Hey Noah, Stefania..." Stefania rolls her eyes and Danielle sees. "Sorry Miss. Spampinato is going to join us for lunch." "Ok, cool." They head to a work room to eat. "So, are you going to tell me about your night before you know Miss. Spamp cut us off earlier?" "Dani, she looks like she's going to kill you!" "Honestly, Noah I am already planning her death in my head." "Wow I'd like to hear how, but first the hot dude I picked up last night because damn." They continued eating their lunch and talking about Noah's night out. Danielle and Stefania kept glancing at each every so often. Once their lunch break was over, they all got back to work.

Stefania and Danielle stayed in the work room as they were now going over the cover design. "I like this here, what do you think?" Danielle looked at Stefania for approval. "I think I would prefer it in the hot pink though, no?" "Of course! I will go and grab the pink! I will be back in a moment. Danielle came in with a box of stuff as she walked over to the table. She turned around with the hot pink card in her hand flashing Stefania her big smile. "You have a nice smile, Danielle." Danielle's smile drops and Stefania's eyes widen at what just came out of her mouth. "I'm so sorry Danielle." Danielle's smile reappears "You have a nice smile to Spamp." "Really you're going with Spamp?" Danielle takes a step closer to Stefania "Yes I am I think it has a nice ring to it don't you think?" Stefania and Danielle are staring into each other's eyes. They both go in for a kiss, just as their lips are about to touch. Noah knocks on the door startling them both. "Yes Noah?" Stefania interrupts Noah "I think I am going to head off now, I have something to sort before I leave." "Oh ok, goodbye I suppose." Stefania notices that Danielle looks confused and slightly worried, but Stefania knew it was best to remove herself from the situation "yes goodbye, bye Noah." "Bye, Miss Spampinato." Stefania took one last glance over her shoulder at Danielle and left.
