Sung Ryong has a decent coffee shop at one of the busiest street in Seoul. He made and had enough money to live peacefully and luxuriously. But the crowd of people going in and out of the coffee shops talking on phone, making plans, the rush before the office hour starts always fascinated him. And so the location of his own shop. He had a very talented staff and paid them nicely that kept the environment of his coffee shop pleasant and the stream of people coming and going.

Even though he could have just sit back and have others work for him he liked to stand in the front taking orders. And greet different people. From their orders he could he see people of similar personalities or work field giving different orders also totally polar opposite people ordering the same drink. It amused him so much that you can say he was always in good mood. Which sometimes made the customer's mood better. And it also made easier to deal with any trouble makers. He was the owner what were they gonna do about it.

Today was the same. The morning rush just ended and Sung Ryong looked around the shop. One or two people who probably doesn't do office work coming in and out leisurely.

He was currently taking a order from a middle aged man. He was having fun conversation with the man and didn't notice another customer coming in.

As the middle aged man moved away to take his order. He was struck by the dazzling smile of the new customer.

Sung Ryong saw a lot of attractive people coming and going out of his coffee shop. But this was the first time he really wanted the time to stop and admire the man infront of him.

The man was 'Pretty' Sung Ryong's brain supplied. Yes pretty. Not poetic or artistic beautiful. No he had this fresh, clever almost mischievous air around him. He was pretty.

Sung Ryong snapped out of his thoughts soon and gave a smile of his own when the pretty customer opened his mouth to order.

"Hi! Can I have a mocha latte? Extra sweet!"( I'm coffee order illiterate. 😫) The pretty customer smiled again.

Sung Ryong was about to say something when he felt a very slight sting on his left wrist. And looked at his wrist and saw black words the exact sentence that was said to him just now.

He looked up at the pretty customer who was waiting for him to take his order and said.

"You are pretty." Sung Ryong doesn't think he ever smiled this wide in his life till this moment.

The visible confusion on the pretty customer's face turning into a shock with realization is probably the most satisfying thing he saw.

"Uh...um..it's." The pretty customer stuttered blushing slightly.

"Mocha latte. Extra sweet. Got it. What's your name sweetheart?" Sung Ryong leaned on his elbow smiling.

"Seo Yul. You?" Sung Ryong internally felt relieved as the pretty smile returned on his pretty soulmate's face.

"Kim Sung Ryong. Why don't you find yourself a table I'll personally bring your order."

"Um okay. But how much for my coffee?" Seo Yul as Sung Ryong now knew asked with a slight tilt of his head.

"Oh no! It's my treat. It's our first time meeting." Sung Ryong said straightening himself. "See you soon." Sung Ryong winked and a small giggle left the other's lips. Sung Ryong was sure he just died and came back to life.

Sung Ryong came out of his trance when he heard a familiar voice (he knew it by heart) calling him.

"Yeobo! What are you getting spaced out about? Did you get my coffee?" Seo Yul asked pouting at his husband.

"How can I not? It's literally written on my wrist forever." Sung Ryong grined loving the slight blush that adorned his pretty husband's face whenever their first meeting was brought up.

"Yeah yeah. And you are such an romantic that I have a compliment on my wrist forever." Seo Yul rolled his eyes but the small smile didn't go unnoticed by Sung Ryong.

"I still can't believe it. It took you three weeks to figure out I owned the coffee shop. Aren't you supposed to be a prosecutor." Sung Ryong teased.

"Hey! We literally met while you were working. Do you realize how stupid I would sound if I asked you what do you do." Seo pouted.

Sung Ryong chuckled and just stared at the man beside him his heart beating fast with love. How lucky he was.

Seo Yul looked at his side then, and saw his husband just staring at him like he always does like he was the most precious thing in the world. Well for Sung Ryong he was.

"What?" Seo Yul asked quietly.

"I love you." Sung Ryong exhaled cupping the younger's face.

"I love you too." Seo Yul smiled happily.

They just stared at each other's eyes.

The silence was so sweet as if nothing else existed in that moment other than them.

Seo Yul was the one to break the silence first.

"Let's go back to the hotel. I need you to love me throughly as soon as possible. Sightseeing can wait." Seo Yul intertwined their fingers and tugged Sung Ryong's hand to follow him.

Well it was their second honeymoon on their fifth wedding anniversary.

AN: Normally I write quite detailed background but this was really vague and short. But I hope it was okay.

And if you are wondering Seo Yul is actually a very sweet person. Even in the drama though the part time working girl was being quiet rude he was still polite.
