"I always hate this time of the millennia"

"The archons always mess up the place before leaving, at least barbatos plays good music" said Rex Lapis cleaning his house for the bi-centennial archon meeting.

There they discuss the politics of Teyvat and how they should rule their subjects, instead it becomes a huge event where the archons get drunk off monstadt wine and forget their duties. Only Rex Lapis or Zhongli adheres to what the meeting is for. Normally he invites the Liyue Qixing but lady Ningguang was unable to come due to her prior obligations with Beidou.

"This clean up is gonna be a nightmare"

Zhongli thought to himself. Just then Barbatos then wind borne god of Monstadt crashed in, wine bottle in one hand and lyre in the other.

"Hey Morax long time no see or is it Zhongli now"

Barbatos has said. "Lord Barbatos please leave your shoes at the door I'll bring you some tea." Zhongli told him. Just then Barbatos, using the power of the winds he tried brewing the tea by himself. However he failed knocking the tea over and smacking Morax right in the head to knock him out cold.

Zhongli woke up several hours later, with all the archons there and already drunk. Barbatos now drunkenly playing the lyre was serenading an unfamiliar face.

"Probably one of Signora's new harbingers" Zhongli thought to himself. But something drew the curious god to this man. Was it the brown hair, the blue eyes, or maybe just a feeling.

"You know I could give you a vision if you want" Barbatos said slurring his words.

"Oh no thank you I'm already satisfied with one of my own" said the new harbinger who started to notice the geo gods staring

"So what's your story" said the harbinger.

"Well I wanna discuss opening up trade with Inazuma but lord Baal seems to be playing some sort of game"

"Oh really what kind" said the harbinger

"Well they spin a bottle and do crazy stuff, they normally destroy the place when they do it." Zhongli said

"It sounds like fun." "You know the other archons think that you're just a stick in the mud" said the harbinger

"Wha-no I am not." "I just want what's best for Liyue" said Zhongli

"Well if you aren't maybe you should join them"

"Maybe I will" said Zhongli "by the way I never caught your name"

"It's Tartaglia"

"Well nice to meet you Tartaglia"

"Alright Signora truth or dare" Baal said

"Truth, I don't trust the likes of you with a dare" Signora had said

"Alright alright, is it true that you want to rule my beautiful nation" Baal responded

"No why would I want to rule you're garbage country, nobody even knows what's in it." Signora said

"Anyways Morax, since you're participating this time around truth or dare" Signora said

"I think dare" Zhongli said wanting to impress Tartaglia

"Here" "drink this wine, it's a mixture of Schneznayan and Monstadt wine"

Zhongli never having taken a sip of wine begrudgingly drank it
