He is educated on it since his mom would tell him about it a lot so he could be educated and not one of them boys who wouldn't know

So if you were on your period he would run you a hot bath/shower so you can relax

He would buy you a heating pad so you can be comfortable

He would kinda know what was going on but not really like you were having mood swings , you were in and out of the bathroom ,you kept clutching your stomach and you kept taking pain killers

He was worried for you because he had never seen you act like this so he swallowed his pride and called his mom to ask her what the signs would mean

When he heard that his eyes almost popped out his head, his mom told him that if you ever have a cramp while your laying down to get a heating bad so you won't realy have to deal with that

When you went over to his dorm and you two cuddled he heard some whimpering , he remembers what his mom said so he sucked his teeth and heated his hand up to put of your stomach

Yeah is prepared before you since he had a sister growing up he was kinda used to her mood swings and her going through pain, even though they could never interact with eachother due to shotos trainings and endeavor being a bad dad he still wittnessed it

So when you were showing signs like fuyumi did he already knew, he asked fuyumi to buy some pads/tampons for you she was so proud that shoto was being a good boyfriend seeing that growing up he Barley had any affection

When she came back she seen that he had already bought pain killers,snacks and some anime's to binge watch

When he got back to the dorm he walked to your room to see you bawled up crying with your dad comforting you

He leaves the room so you and shoto can be alone he tell you to put the heating pad on your stomach and after that he gives you some snacks so you can have something distract you from the pain

He put on demon slayer (the movie) and you two watched it like 20 mins later you fell asleep lol

Would be confused kinda but still know the concept of a period but he would cuddle with you even more and rub your stomach

He will also buy you more hygiene products if your running out of them, he will try to cheer you up if you have mood swings

he is educated on it, he may do dumb things in the anime/manga but i feel like he reshearches things like this up. He wants to have a future with you so he googles the things you might have to go through

he will ask jiro to buy you some feminine hygine products cause he doesnt want to seem like such a simp for you even though its obvious 

if you ever had mood swings he would steer clear because he doesnt want to anger you more

he would be prepared before you like you need anything he has it, probaly has it on his calender and will always buy you snacks 

if yout pms'ing he will try to comfort you and  wont take anything your saying to heart cause your going through alot of pain

i dont think he would buy you hygine products but i tfeel like he would go with you to the store so he wont feel embarrased
