drawbacks: if you over use your quirk your skin starts to peel off and will start to heal after 5 mins
shoto:
your quirk is mind manipulation you can play tricks on other people by creating what they fear the most in their head it ends when you blink
drawbacks: your eyes start to burn and sometimes you fell drowsy so you need to use alot of eyedrops
