Ayush entered his home after a hectic day in office. The collaboration process was taking a lots of efforts from both the companies. He wish everything run smoothly , then soon they can start the working for the new contract for foreign suppliers and services .
He loosened his tie and sat on the couch in the living room when his housekeeper served him a glass of water . He gulped water in one go and sighed as he relax .
" Is Mom is awake . Have she taken her food and meds " Ayush asked the housekeeper after a while who was taking his coat and laptop to his room .
" Yes Ayush baba , she just had her dinner and watching her favourite dailysoap in her room. I will give her medicines after a while " the housekeeper said and he nodded.
Folding sleeves of his baby blue shirt , he moved towards his mother's room . He saw the door opened and could easily hear voices of lead actress crying and doing emotional and sentimental drama . His mother really like to watch the serial which was running since last nine years. She never missed any episode ever and if by chance she does, she ask everyone to record it for her .
He enters the room and looked at his mother , lying on bed covered with comforters . Her bedside table was having a night lamp with her medicines and water jug . Her hand was attached to IV .
His mother was on the second stage of cancer . It's been one year since they discover this fact . He was a shocked phase when he got to know that . He have already lost his father when he was 5 year old in War between India and Pakistan . He really did'nt have power to lose his mother who was his only support since then . With determination he started her treatment and painful chemotherapy.
He leans on the door of the door and watches his mother who was engrossed fully in watching the serial . Sometimes with smile, sometimes with tears and emotional drama .
" Ayu, you came beta . Come here sit. Why are you standing there " he came out of his thoughts when his mother called him .
Smiling he went inside and lay his head on his mother's lap closing his eyes . This is what god call his heaven . His mother , smiling ruffled his hairs while ayush just kept laying .
