your pov:

you were sitting on the dirty floor in your cell as you expect your injured body. burns, cuts, and bruises covered your arms and legs, everything hurt and you didn't bother to put on a tough act anymore you were too weak. your cheeks were stained with dried tears and your eyes were red and numb. suddenly you heard something, something loud like a big crash from outside the cell. you forced yourself up to your feet, you received a sharp pain in your right leg as you stumbled backwards to hit the wall behind you. explosions could be heard from outside and people yelling and running. you tried using your quirk once more only to fail. why isn't my quirk working, what did they do to me? you thought looking down at your hands 

todorokis pov:

I and the heroes got to the place where they think Y/n is, Mr Aizawa ordered us to wait outside until he gives us other directions. before Mr Aizawa and ground zero go in he turns around to me. ''Todoroki you follow us, try to find L/n while we distract the villains. understood?'' he says, eyes directly on me. ''yes sir!'' I say as we start to move closer, when we're inside we could see the villans known as Dabi and toga. ''okay Todoroki, when I call on the backup you run as fast as you can to try and find L/n.'' I nod, my heart beating faster as Aizawa grabs the walkie talkie. ''now!'' Aizawa yells and suddenly explosions and crashes could be heard from the heroes outside getting inside the building, I run as fast as I can when I see the villains are distracted. I then run down a stair I find that leads to some kind of basement. ''Y/n!'' I scream while running through the long hall with cells. ''s-shoto..'' I could hear a small voice whisper, I run to the end of the hall where I turn my attention to some movement I could sense in one of the cells. When I turn around my eyes widen to the sight before me. Y/n were covered in burns, cuts, and bruises, I quickly melt the metal bars that keep us from each other and embrace her. ''I'm so sorry, so so sorry!'' I cry as I hold her tight.

your pov:

''I'm so sorry, so so sorry!'' Shoto cries as he holds you in his arms, you weakly clung to his shirt as he picks you up with ease. you could hear yelling and loud thuds around you but you couldn't really make out anything sense you felt your conciseness slip away finally feeling safe in your lover's arms.

pretty short chapter but oh well. I haven't updated in a while, I haven't really been in the best place lately but hope to update more bye!:)
