Fall 3013
Caroline's POVI wake up to a dismal sky, viewed through the transparent material of my curtain. Today is the day. The day that I prepare to give a speech in front of the citizens
of Great Britain. I must try and convince them that I care for this country, and show them what changes I will make to better life for all. I must show them that I'm
capable of continuing more years as their ruler. After making my bed, I take the rollers out of my hair. The curls release, bouncing as I unravel each roller. My hair
reaches the middle of my neck. I comb the curls, and then put on some makeup. I then hear a knock on my door. "Who is it?" I ask. "Edna. You told me to wake you
up at approximately 6:00 am." She says. "Well as you can see, I already woke up." I reply. "Yes ma'am, I'll leave right away." She says. I focus my attention back to
the mirror and apply some lipstick.
It's 8:00, time to fly to the location for the speech. The private jet lands and I exit out. I see the stage set up for the speech in the distance as I approach the
limousine. Almost time for action.
Victoria's POV
Gunter and I are sitting on the sofa in the living room of his apartment, which is, I forgot to mention, in the same complex as mine. We turn on the TV and turn it on
to the government channel to watch my mum's speech. "Oh gosh, I wonder what she has in store for us this time." I say. Gunter laughs and shoves popcorn into his
mouth. The speech begins and my senses jerk up...
Caroline's POV
The speech begins and my senses jerk up... my palms begin to sweat, and I take a sip of water before beginning. The wind blows through my curled hair, into my
face. The audience's chatter dies down as they realize I'm about to speak. "Hello fellow citizens of Great Britain. I am here today, in London to discuss with you
some of the many issues we've faced and overcome, the positive changes, the issues we have yet to overcome, and other government related activities that have
taken place over the past 4 years of my rulership. I also want to tell you all some plans that I have for our country. As you all know, for the past decade, our country
has lost all peace and security. There are wars, like the one between China and the U.S. that took place 6 years ago. Many of our troops were sent to assist the U.S.
and hundreds died. Chinese terrorists have invaded our country and bombed our buildings, destroying businesses and killing innocent people. Will we stand for
this any longer? No! We must take action. We must change our society. What do you think contributes to the motives of those evil terrorists? Cold hearts, hatred,
our mere anger? Yes, but those all are attitudes developed through imperfections. And as citizens, we shouldn't treat people so horribly, or do such awful things.
We need to create a new generation. A generation that's sprouted from raising our children in perfection. We must raise them from an early age, to learn how till
be a peaceable, acceptable member of society. Not the kind that grows up to kill for pride or money. So what do you say? This is a monarchy! I say we get a fresh
start, effective immediately to enhance the members of our society in future generations."
Victoria's POV
"Oh." I say. "My." Says Gunter. "God." I say. I rub my forehead with my thumbs and sigh loudly. Gunter tossles his blonde hair with his hair and yawns. "Okay
Gunter I'm becoming extremely concerned now. Is she seriously going to force our society to raise our children in perfection?" I ask. "That's what it seems like to
me..." he says. "Gunter, we have to do something about this! I'm not about to sit back and allow my mum, who by the way stole my rulership, bring our country
down into turmoil." I say. "Keep in mind that I'm on your side when I say this, but you did prove to your mother that you didn't want to rule. And you went out of
your way to do that." Says Gunter. I smack my gum. "Shut up!" I yell. I throw the remainder of my popcorn into his face. We laugh and collapse onto the couch. As
our laughter dies down, Gunter begins to speak. "Victoria, can I ask you a question?" He asks. "Anything." I say. A smile spreads across my cheeks. "We've been
dating for a while now...and I just wanted to ask..." He gets down on his knees and opens up a small black box. A shimmering golden ring with dazzling crystals is
revealed. "Victoria Mae Robertson, will you marry me?" He asks. I gasp as tears fall from my eyes.
