"No! No, no, no..." Bakugo hadn't even notice his wet face, tears rolled down his cheeks without stopping. "D-Don't be sorry! It's all okay! I forgive you! K-Kirishima, I forgive you!" Bakugo yelled, squeezing him in his arms and feeling the most painful thing he had ever felt before. It was like if someone was crushing his heart right before his eyes and he could do nothing about it. Like if nothing mattered at this point, like if his whole life was reduced in this horrible moment. Time was going slower, just as Kirishima's breaths unlike Bakugo's heart that was beating faster.

At the moment he heard that weak please it all seemed to become worst, he was about to lose him. He was about to lose Kirishima. Bakugo was shoved away from him. "NO!" He yelled desperately, his vision blurry from tears. Recovery quickly kissed Kirishima's cheeks a couple times using her quirk to make his throat heal a little, also to make his lungs better from the flowers. It was enough for him to breathe a little "we have to take him to the hospital, now!" She yelled and Bakugo got out of his shock to quickly carry him and break the window with a blast, nodding to Recovery and they all ran at the fastest speed outside. Bakugo was flying with his blasts from one hand and Sero carried the rest with his tape on his back, they got to the nearest hospital and they took Kirishima away from his arms placing something on his throat and chest so he could breath.

"Kirishima... Eijiro, please." Bakugo was kneeling by his side grabbing his hands, he had never felt so useless and weak. "Why didn't you told me?" He asked to Sero who had just arrived, Bakugo stood up letting Recovery and the nurses do his work and he grabbed Hanta by the shirt "WHY?! WHY IS HE COUGHING FLOWERS? GODDAMN IT!" Bakugo groaned, his voice breaking at the end of the sentence and he fell to his knees. Sero grabbed his shoulders trying to comfort him since he was hiccuping so aggressively. "it's complicated..."the boy said. "don't tell me that shit now" Katsuki groaned. After a couple minutes, the medics found a way for Kirishima to breathe a little and Katsuki immediately went by his side, grabbing his hands and holding them like if it was all that he had. "Eijiro... Eijiro don't leave me...p-please stay with me".

Once Kiri's cheek were kissed, he started to breath a little better though since his breathing had slowed down before and he couldn't get any breaths in, he was in a complete daze. Everything in the room seemed blurry and sounded oddly muffled. His movement felt and seemed slow but everything else looked so fast. Before he knew it, he was in a hospital and things were being placed on his neck and chest to help him breath. Once he got in some descent breaths things slightly started to get back to normal. He looked around slowly moving his head from side to side hearing mostly his own raspy stuttering breaths as Recovery Girl and the nurses did the most they could to get him to start breathing better at the least. He could hear Bakugo's muffled yelling in the background and had tried to get up but was quickly pushed to lay back down and stay still.

Recovery Girl did all she could but since her quirk used the energy he had left to heal him, she couldn't do very much. He was hooked up to an IV, a heart rate monitor and a device to also monitor his breathing. Kirishima closed his eyes for a moment, just trying to breath and get some oxygen into his system. Though he felt something come beside him and take his hands squeezing them tight. He opened his eyes and slowly slid his head to the side looking at Bakugo with half lidded eyes. He looked down at their hands slowly, then back up to him. Bakugo lifted his gaze when their eyes connected, red against red, so similar but at the same time so different. He managed to get one of his hands free and shakily lifted it up to Bakugo's cheek wiping off his tears and he gave him that smile. The smile he always had when looking at Bakugo or when he wanted to cheer someone up. Sure it was weak, sure he was in pain and was still having slight trouble with his breaths but he didn't want to see Bakugo crying.
Katsuki felt like if the world faded away when Kirishima smiled at him, that beautiful and bright smile that he was starting to realize that made his days better.
