"EVERYONE CHARGE!" Kirito yelled leading the large ambush.

We had been walking for 3 days straight now... thankfully we only lost 3 people. Thankfully? What am I saying? Those three are all probably dead. What is there to be "thankful about?"

Everyone was getting tired of this trip, maybe it was for nothing.. should we keep going or head back? The choice wasn't mine to decide...

"Dammit another man down!" Kirito gritted his teeth.

"We can grieve for them later, now we should focus on getting to our destination." I said puting my hand on Kiritos shoulder.

He smiled at me, and nodded. He knew that I was right and we had to keep focused on the task at hand.

"What are we even doing, why are we tricking ourselves theres no way out of here! This is all pointless!" Someone growled.

"If it's so pointless why did you come?" Kirito asked.

"Because I wanted to believe it, but we have been walking for 3 days now and theres still nothing. I'm leaving, whos coming with me?" The mage asked causing an up roar.

Kirito was going to say something but I stopped him, "fine you all can leave, but when you leave the game because I persisted, you can live with the fact the only reason your out of this game is because of the person you gave up on."

There was a silence, and soon enough, we started moving again, real gamers are too prideful to let someone else take the kill, after all.

2 more days of walking...

"We should have left!"

"This is BS."

"Then, leave." I growled. They all wanted to complain but none of them are going to leave.

"If you continue to complain and don't leave, I'll kill you myself." I threatened, and they shut up again.

1 more day of walking...

A barrier, a clear white barrier, this was it, but how would we get through? Everyone starred in awe at the large wall that reached the sky. By now there were only 6 of us left. Me, Kirito, Liz, and a group of 2 boys and 1 girl. Silica and Suguha had all stayed behind, just incase.

"I wonder if theres a way past it?" Liz asked refusing to give up hope.

"Yeah, maybe..." I asked reaching out to touch it.

"Dont touch it!" The girl yelled at me, she had short light purple hair, her name was Nana. "What if it kills you?" She asked.

"Yeah, thanks." I smiled at her and dropped my hand.

Suddenly a large monster came out of the woods, not one that anyone had seen. It's health was at 50,000, armor was maxed, speed was maxed, and so was its attack damage, it could one shot us.

"K-kiri..." My words were cut off by the lump in my throat, we had failed and now we were going to die.

The monster attacked one of Nanas companions, but Hunter (the other companion) pulled him back, out of the way. He fell back wards onto Nana pushing me and her back into the wall. I was expecting to hear a large thud and then I could watch my HP bar drop to zero. But to my suprise I kept falling, past the wall. Using my strength I pushed Nana back up, I was going to die anyways. Atleast I could extend her life for a little longer.

I was happy. I saved.... Kirito. Wait.. Kirito? Is that Idiot coming after me? My health bar flashes red and I watched my health quickly disappear. The last the I remember was Kirito grabbing my hand and pulling me close to him.

At least, I died... in my loves arms.
