"Let it go! Let it go! Can't hold it back anymore!" Me and Lottie sang out of the window, while Ellie was laughing and Jamie just rolled his eyes at us.

"What? You don't like my singing?" I asked Jamie.

"Quite the opposite actually. But, when you are screaming Let it go at strangers, I do feel a bit embarrassed." He told me.

"Pish posh." I answered back and I got a smile from him.

We were driving up the massive drive which I thought was not practical since it took ages to get to the gate, but when we got to the gate there were men in black suits that reminded me of 'Men In Black'. Jamie slowed the car to a stop and waited for one of the men to issue orders. One of them came close to the car and gestured for the window to be rolled down, Jamie only rolled it down a bit.

"You go to school here?" Um, duh!

"Yes, sir." Jamie answered.

"Can I see the papers?" The man asked it as a question but it was more of a demand. I passed Jamie the papers and he gave it to the man. The man looked at them then gave it back.

"Have a nice year." And Jamie drove through the gate.

"Well, ok then."

"What do you think they're there for?" Lottie asked.

"I have no idea." Jamie answered, "let's keep an eye open for anything." I nodded, so did Ellie and Lottie.

"Hmm, I think this year is going to be interesting." I said.

After unpacking everything, I made my way down to meet Jamie, Lottie and Ellie to see the opening fireworks, which I missed last year

After unpacking everything, I made my way down to meet Jamie, Lottie and Ellie to see the opening fireworks, which I missed last year. I saw them and walked over, they all said hello as Jamie kissed me and we went to see the fireworks.

"Y/n, we won't miss them." Jamie said, amusement in his voice.

"I know."

"Then what's all the rush?"

"Shush, let me be a child." Which made him laugh. Lottie and Ellie were walking in front of us as we walked down the path. It was nice having a stroll with Jamie, it reminded me of Maradova when we would do it almost everyday.

"Hey sunshine." Raphael joined us with Binah.

"Hey." Me and Jamie said in unison.

"Couples." Raphael concluded. I rolled my eyes and saw everyone waiting by a stage where I assumed the fireworks would take place. We stood in the middle as a boy joined us.

"Guys, this is Percy, my new roomate." Jamie said, we all said hi as Jamie did sign language. I understood immediately and smiled at Percy. He was the boy that got kidnapped a few days ago. I would never have thought he would be in school so soon.

I turned as the speeches were made, but I zoned out as that didn't interest me. When were the fireworks going to start? They're taking ages!

Just then I heard a kaboom from the sky and looked up to see a firework exploding. I felt Jamie wrap his arm round my shoulder and I saw him looking up as well. This was amazing.

"Ahhhh!" I heard a girl screaming, more in panic than agony. I tried to see above the sea of heads as Professor Devine pushed her way through but I was short. Damn being short. I felt Jamie tighten his grip round me as he watched. I wish I was tall.

"What's happening?" I asked.

"I'm not sure." Jamie said. I hugged him and he hugged me back tightly.

"It's ok." He whispered.

I wish I could believe him.
