I had woken up early the next day and took a jog around the grounds, trying to think of possible answers to what had occurred last night. Horace Silverton - Smith had been admitted to the Nurse's hospital after last night and I think everyone is nervous and anxious about the situation.
I saw a man in a black suit waiting by the entrance to the Rose Woods. Why are they here if they can't do their jobs properly? Wow! I must be very tired because I am unnaturally cranky.
"Ahh." I tripped over someone's foot. Trust me to be a clutz, I felt familiar hands catch me and I turned. "Hey, Jamie." I said, "how was your sleep?" I was trying to get his attention away from the fact that I fell. It didn't work.
"You have to be more careful, Y/n." He told me. Aw, I love it when he's overprotective!
"I would be relatively careful." I mean, I ain't promising something I know I won't keep. I'm the clumsiest person I know! I also like to keep my job as promise keeper, thank you very much!
He sighed, then he bent down and kissed me and I wrapped my arms around his shoulders.
"You didn't answer my question." I told him.
"To be honest, I didn't get much sleep. Percy never fell asleep last night."
"How do you know?"
"His breathing doesn't slow down."
"Ahh." Wow! I never knew that, a prestigious school that's meant to be the best and it barely teaches me anything! "Do I do that?" I asked him.
"Everyone does that. You murmur when you are going into a deep sleep." Sugar!
"What, um, what do I say?" Now, Jamie grinned. Oh crap! Did I say something about me being the queen of the crabs again? I swear to god!
"You said, 'Jamie Volk, hotest, cutest guy and he's my boyfriend! Hell yeah, I'm cool!'"
"I did not!"
"Yes, you did. I have a video, you want to see it?" If he puts that on Instagram, I swear I am breaking - wait.
"You can't have your phone, silly." Ha, I'm not so dumb after all!
He smiled, then checked his watch. "I have to go! Love you." He said walking off.
"Love you." I said back.
