After the... You know, we left the closet and walked towards the library cafe, I noticed that Jamie's arm never left my shoulders, I like this side of Jamie.
I saw Lottie explaining something to Ellie while flapping her arms and I couldn't help but giggle. Jamie went off to order our drinks as I sat down.
"- my crown." Lottie finished.
"What about your crown?" I asked.
"This!" She put a book down on the table and showed me a portrait of a princess. Princess Liliana was what had been written on the bottom of the portrait, she was the lost princess. I wasn't interested in that though, I was interested in the crown. Nestled in her long locks was Lottie's crown. It was identical!
"Woah! That is your crown, Lottie."
"What's Lottie's crown?" Jamie asked, as he sat down next to me and handed me my drink. Hot chocolate.
Lottie then explained about the lost princess and her crown somehow being apart of it. I saw Ellie and Jamie exchange looks which made me worry about what this meant. Was Lottie related to royalty? If so... Lucky! I want to be related to royalty! Come on, I mean L/n sounds like a name a princess could have. I could so be related to a princess.
"Y/n!"
"Mm, what?" I looked up at Lottie, she looked exasperated.
"What do you think?"
"What do I think about what?"
"About the crown and what it had to do with Liliana Mayfut."
I looked closer at the book. "It's pretty much identical. It could be you crown, Lottie. The question is how your ancestor, Henry, got it and why he was trusted to possess it." I looked up triumphantly, that was good.
"I just don't know! My mum never talked about this, she just said Henry came to Rosewood and got the crown which was handed down generation by generation." I smiled sympathetically. I know how it feels to want answers to questions that the only person who you could ask is not there.
"Lottie, we'll figure it out. I promise." I hugged her and said goodbye and went to my dorm room.
The crown has something to do with the lost princess and Lottie's ancestor. But how? How did he get it? Princess Liliana had been kidnapped and presumed dead at a young age. She couldn't possibly have come to Rosewood, anyway it wasn't suitable for a girl to go to school at that time, as stupid as that sounds, so a princess will most certainly not be allowed to go. The princess was supposed to marry the prince of Maradova and he was heartbroken at losing his possible wife. Also, with Liliana gone, the legacy of the Mayfuts had ended.
I feel like this is connected to everything that's been happening. I just don't know why and I don't know why it makes me so nervous to find out...

I am so sorry for not posting in ages then giving you a short chapter! I didn't know what to do, any ideas will be so helpful and I'll really appreciate it!
