It was early in the morning and the sky was grey, raindrops were falling but Emma and Y/N were safe and warm under the blankets and each other's arms. They were watching a movie, specifically 'Ponyo'. Today was Saturday and it was a day for the students of Neverland University to relax since their exams just finished. The movie was coming close to an end and Emma was asleep, Y/N was eating some chips while Emma stayed in their arms "Mmm...Dewdrop..?" Y/N heard the ginger and felt her move a bit "Yes sunshine?" Y/N asked while turning to Emma "Is the movie over?" Emma asked and received a nod from Y/N. Emma sat up and rubbed her eyes like a little kid "What time is it?" Emma asked and Y/N glanced at the clock "It's 8:37 am, why?" Y/N answered and questioned curious for a reason. Emma got out of bed and looked out the window "...I wanna play in the rain..." Emma suddenly said "I-Emma you'll get sick" Y/N said, they walked next to Emma and hugged her from behind "Please?" Emma asked and looked behind her with puppy eyes, Y/N sighed and nodded "YAY! Can we bring the twins and Norman?" Emma asked with stars in her eyes, Y/N nodded.
They both headed to Ray's dorm and dragged him as soon as he said yes, Norman came along while Leslie...Leslie waddled...She did just wake up so she was kinda grumpy. They all went out and Emma immediately jumped into a puddle, Ray walked in the rain, his hair becoming soaked, Leslie apparently became wide awake as soon as the rain touched her, she ran back inside and grabbed her water proof speaker and started blasting music. Y/N joined Emma and jumped in some puddles as well, Norman and Leslie, being the cheesy lovey dovey couple they were, were dancing and Ray was sitting on a bench, slightly smiling with his eyes closed and his head tilting up to face the sky.
Some time passed and other students were outside, specifically Thoma, Lanni, Don, Phil, Nat and Anna, Gilda was there too but she had a raincoat and umbrella. Y/N and the others were playing tag and Ray was it, Ray tagged Norman, Norman tagged Leslie, Leslie tagged Don, Don tagged Thoma, Thoma tagged Lanni, Lanni taged Anna, Anna tagged Nat and Nat tagged Y/N. Y/N glanced at Emma who was giggling and looking at Ray, Y/N took the opportunity and sprinted towards Emma, they tagged the ginger and sprinted to Leslie, Leslie was behind Norman so it was a protection train.
The rain stopped and everyone went inside, Emma and Y/N were in their dorm with the twins and Norman, they were watching a horror movie, Emma was hiding under the blankets hugging Y/N for dear life, the twins stayed unfazed and they laughed at the monster and turned it into a joke, Norman was doing the same thing Emma was doing. Everything was perfect...Everything is perfect and they didn't want it to end...
Time skip to 6 years later
"Guys look it's raining again!" Leslie called out for the others, years passed and the twins, Norman, Emma and Y/N lived together. Everyone went downstairs and looked outside, Ray smiled and opened the door, he rushed out and sat in the rain, Leslie and Norman once again danced in the rain, they were laughing and smiling, Emma and Y/N were watching them inside "I remember that one time when we were in University omg" Emma said lightly chuckling "Yeah I remember that-I also remember that Gilda took care of us for the next few days cause we got sick" Y/N said with a small smile "I love you so much Y/N pls never leave me" Emma said and hugged Y/N, Y/N hugged back "I love you too Emma" Y/N said and held Emma's chin and kissed her softly. They pulled away and Emma giggled "Now C'mon let's go play outside" Emma said and dragged Y/N with her 'You really do bring light when there's dark huh Emma?'
