"Ten more minutes," Noelle Woodall groaned. She is definitely not a morning person.

"Get up. Now." Mrs. Woodall demanded.

"Bitch," Noelle muttered to herself.

"What did you just say Noelle?" Her mother asked.

"I said I need to stretch," Noelle lied.

"Yeah right, hurry and get dressed, your breakfast is getting cold." Mrs. Woodall said, walking out of the room.

Noelle sighed and stood up. She looked at her reflection in her elegant full length mirror. In just her tank top and short, light blue and white striped silk pajama shorts, she slowly made her way down the white spiral staircase towards the kitchen.

As she passed the grand living room, she saw her younger brother, Neil, struggling with a white Mac book and her older brother Nate lounging on the black leather couch watching the news on the large flat screened HD TV eating a banana wearing only his pink and white boxers.

"Ew, put some clothes on freak," Noelle joked.

"I don't have to, I don't have classes today," stated Nathan matter-of-factly. Nathan was in college and stayed with his family because the college he attends is about 5 minutes away.

As Noelle walked towards the large, beautiful kitchen, she smelled the delicious aroma of bacon and eggs.

"Your food is probably cold," said her mother.

"I'll skip breakfast then," Noelle said.

"Elle, come here and help me with this stupid computer." Her 12 year old brother yelped from the living room.

"$50 and I'm yours," Elle said sarcastically.

"Get in here," he demanded.

"What's wrong with it?" She asked as she walked into the white carpeted room with large oil paintings hanging on the walls.

"I don't know but it's making me mad!"

Elle grabbed the light laptop from her brother's hands. She looked at the screen and went to the settings to change a couple things and handed it back to her pre-teen brother.

"How did you do that?" He asked, looking amazed.

Elle climbed back up the staircase and looked at the clothes in her large walk-in closet. She picked out her favorite purple skinny jeans, a black Bo Tank, and her favorite CASADEI platform pumps. (http://www.polyvore.com/untitled/set?id=58791428)

When she was finished putting on her adorable outfit, she walked into the beautifully furnished bathroom and dug out her makeup supplies. She applied her purple eyeshadow onto her big blue eyes. She applied a thin layer of eyeliner and added a swipe of blush on her perfectly high cheekbones. She placed a pair of  feather earrings in her bottom ear piercing, and a pair of purple studs in her second piercing, and then added a few bracelets to her wrist. For her hair, she just placed it up in a messy ponytail.

"You're late!" Her mother snapped from downstairs.

Elle checked her reflection and when she was satisfied, she grabbed a random blue pea coat sitting on her dresser and her floral Victoria's Secret bag with her homework and textbooks in it.

"Come on Neil, I'm leaving," Elle said to her brother.

Neil and Elle walked out into their large yard. It was drizzling a bit so Elle but her bag over her head.

After they were in the car and buckled up, Elle pulled out of their long driveway and headed to National City Middle school. Neil hopped out and jogged into the schools doors. Elle began towards her high school, which is about a ten minute drive. Elle was a 12th grader at Sweetwater High.

As she walked in through the glass double doors, Elle started for her locker. She put in the combination and as she opened the red metal door, a folded up piece on notebook paper drifted to the ground.

Curiously, Elle picked the wrinkled piece of paper up and unfolded it.

Elle,

After school come over to my house. I have surprise for you! You'll love it! Can't wait to see you! xo

Sage must have put the note in the locker after cheerleading practice yesterday. Sage Ruiz and Noelle Woodall have been friends since the end of Elle's 8th grade year. They had both tried out for the high school cheer squad. they both made it on the team, and have been best friends ever since. Sage was a year older than Elle. She thought of Elle as her little sister. She was at Elle's cheer practice yesterday so Elle and Sage could go to the mall together afterwards.

Elle pulled out her brand new iPhone and pulled up the messaging app.

Elle continued taking out her things for Calculus and shut her locker. She climbed the steps to the second level that had all of her classes.

"Elle!" Yelled someone behind her. "Elle, wait up!"

Elle turned around and faced a tall, blonde haired boy.

"Elle why have you been ignoring me?" Elle turned around and continued walking to her classroom.

"Noelle stop!" He yelled.

Elle turned around again to face the boy."What do you want me to say Daniel? You cheated on me. We're done. We've been done." Elle's voice cracked.

Daniel and Elle starting dating in the 10th grade. Elle had liked him since freshman year and Daniel finally asked her out at a school dance after they had danced together. He confessed that he liked her since the beginning of the year when they officially met in Geometry. Daniel was smart and handsome. He had the longest eyelashes Elle had ever seen.

Elle caught Daniel with another girl at a party his friend Tyler was throwing to celebrate the start of senior year last weekend. Noelle couldn't believe what she was seeing. She and Daniel have been dating for two years and suddenly she wasn't good enough. She felt betrayed and furious.

"Can't we just talk about it?" He pleaded.

"It's over," Elle snapped. Her eyes began to flood with tears and she turned and ran downstairs and out the door.

When she reached her car, she spun out of the parking lot and drove. She didn't know where she was going, she just drove in the now pouring rain.
