*the walk back to the compound with carol and Wanda was awkward and quiet*
*once you arrived at the door of the compound , standing there is Natasha holding a gun against ben's head*
Ben: i promise, i mean no harm.
*his hands up in the air in surrender*
*you run up to them quickly shouting*
Y/n: i swear to god, if you don't put that gun down now, I will kill with my bare hands!
Natasha: you know him?
*she questions slowly putting the gun down*
*you grab his arms dragging him away from her and into a hug*
Y/n: I'd recognize my little brother anywhere.
*you say cupping his face*
Y/n: you grew your hair?
*you say with a big smile plastered across your face as he steps back*
Ben: ya, you like it.
*he says modelling it*
Y/n: i love it, but why are you here?
*ben is about to answer your question when his eyes finally find carols*
Ben: CAR!
Carol: BEN!
*she mimics his enthusiasm*
*they hug for a couple of moments before pulling away*
Carol: where's James?
Y/n: ya where's my least favourite one of your boyfriends.
*y/n says jokingly*
*meanwhile wanda and Natasha are talking 20 steps away from them*
Wanda: I don't wanna talk to you!
Natasha: you know I don't like them right?
Wanda: didn't seem like that when you were kissing her!
Natasha: god dammit Wanda! Your so stubborn!
Wanda: come on, one minute your talking about how Steve almost proclaimed his love to you, and the next your kissing my girlfriend!
Natasha: read my mind.
Wanda: what?
Natasha: if you don't trust that it means nothing just read my mind.
*wanda brings her hands up to Natasha's head, red light filling the air*
Y/n: Wanda what are you doing?
*you say noticing the red orb surrounding Wanda*

*Wanda closes her eyes and digs deep unraveling memories of Natasha helping you with these weird headaches*
*Wanda steps back from Natasha*
Wanda: what's wrong with your head? Why didn't you tell me something was up? I could've helped!
Y/n: you were already worrying about the avengers accepting me.
Wanda: what do you think I can't handle it?
*you scoff*
Y/n: you've got to be kidding me, I just told you I don't wanna worry you and yet you still don't want to hear me Wanda.
Wanda: I hear you!
Y/n: no you don't!
*you grab her hand placing it on your head immediately opening your mind to her*

*a few moments later Wanda gasps backing away from you*
Wanda: who's in there?
Carol: what are you guys talking about?
*you turn to carol*

Carol: wh- y/n?
Y/n: as soon as I finally committed after weeks of fighting, saying I wasn't committed enough... you walk away!
Carol: y/n, you know I didn't mean to hurt you I-
*you interrupt her*
Y/n: no, no, I said I loved you...
*your voice breaks*
Y/n: i-i loved you c-carol.
*you walk back inside the compound both Natasha and Ben following you*
