𝐒𝐡𝐞'𝐬 𝐀 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 - 𝐌𝐚𝐱 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧

𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧

Lando barged into Francescas room hoping that he wouldn't see the same thing he saw last week,

"Are you okay?" Lando asked as he looked at the girl who was sat in her bed scrolling through Netflix,

They had a later start to the day.

"Yeah I'm fine," Francesca looked up at him as she nodded,

"You asked me for coconut ice cream last night," the Brit decided to quickly remind her as he pulled out his phone to show her the messages,

"Did you hit your head?" He added as he cocked his head.

"I'm fine Lando," the Scot quickly reiterated herself,

"Was it Max?" The boy instantly grew annoyed as he saw her nod,

"Come here," he added with a sigh as he sat on her bed and pulled her in for a hug.

The drivers were all awkwardly sat around the lobby as they could tell that there was trouble in paradise for a certain duo,

"Did you see the big thing?" Lando asked as he cocked his head

"What big thing?" Francesca furrowed her eyebrows as she didn't have a clue what he was talking about,

"Outside," the Brit pointed to the entrance of the hotel.

"What are you going on about," the Scot couldn't figure what he was talking about,

"Haven't you seen it," Lando placed his hands on his hips,

"Come on," he added as he motioned to the girl to follow him,

"We will go show you," George quickly picked up what the boy was implying,

"Charles come," Francesca got up and motioned for the boy to join her,

"Why me?" Charles asked as he looked up from his phone,

"Because I don't know what is going on and I don't want to be the only one in that scenario," the Scot explained in a duh tone,

"I could have known exactly what was going on out there," the Monegasque shot back as he got up,

"Judging by your reaction you didn't," Francesca shook her head as she smiled,

"Fair play," Charles nodded as he followed the English trio outside.

"Now you going to catch us up on what we missed?" Daniel looked at Max,

"Or is that going to be another thing that we need Lando to fill us in on?" He added as he cocked his head,

"Fran thinks I cheated on her," Max let out a sigh as he shut the book he was reading,

"Well did you?" 𝐒𝐄𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐕𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐋 asked as he furrowed his eyebrows,

"No!" The Dutchman shook his head as he sent the older driver a glare,

"Then why does she think you did," 𝐏𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐄 𝐆𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐘 furrowed his eyebrows as something wasn't adding up,

"Because she saw the wrong thing," Max sighed as he crossed his arms,

"Or was it the thing you just didn't want her to see?" Lewis sent the boy a glare as he wasn't impressed that he was the reason why the Scots mood had saddened.

"Genuinely Nat made a move and before I could stop it Fran walked in," the Dutchman grew defensive as he tried to explain it to the drivers,

"Tell her," the Brit spoke in a duh tone,

"What?" Max asked as he cocked his head,

"Francesca, that what she saw wasn't what she thinks it was." Sebastian was turning into the person for dating advice,

"I tried to," the Dutchman explained as he crossed his arms,

"Right after it happened?" Daniel asked as he watched the younger boy nod,

"Do it sometime throughout the day," he added in a duh tone.

As Francesca began to turn off into turn seven something went wrong in her gearbox,

"Guys something isn't right," Francesca mumbled as she tried to turn,

"Francesca, do you read me?" Joshua asked as he watched the girl drive straight into the barrier,

"Hello?" He added as he grew concerned,

"Was that Fran?" Max grew nervous as he spoke up,

"Yes Max," Christian nodded as he joined the conversation,

"How is she?" The Dutchman asked as it sounded like a large crash,

"Isn't responding as of right now but will get back to you as soon as possible," the Brit tried to not make it sound bad,

"Max that was a red flag," he added as he watched them pull the red flag out,

"Was it for her?" Max began to go through all of the worse case scenarios,

"Yeah but you must not worry," Christian shook his head as he could hear the boy's tone grow nervous,

"She will be okay," Joshua began to try to send signals to the girl's car,

"She has to be okay," he added as he couldn't handle the thought of the girl being hurt.

Max was stood with the other riders as panic began to set in,

"Where is she going?" Max asked as he watched the ambulance take her off on a stretcher,

"Just to the hospital," Lewis explained as he tried to calm the boy down,

"They need to go and check her out," he added in a duh tone,

"She will be fine," Daniel nodded in agreement as he looked around with his arms crossed,

"You don't know," Max began as he was quickly cut off,

"Everyone get back to their cars please," the overhang radio spoke up,

"Just finish the race and then go see her," the Australian smiled as he patted the boys back.
