"Touya, as funny as it is to watch you make weird faces, don't you think you should take a break?" A small boy sitting on a rock reading a book much too large for him said.
"Bahg! You're just like everyone else-! I'll show you- I'll show you ALL!" Said Touya, who held his fist in pain when he punched the dummy too hard.
Sighing, the boy who was sitting on the rock walked over and crouched down to the boy named "Touya"s level,
"Can I use a healing spell on you?"
Touya fell face-first into the dirt and mumbled, "Ugh, do whatever the fuck you want Y/n."
You sighed and flipped through the pages of your book until you found what you were pretty sure was the right spell. Awkwardly reading out the ancient letters, Touya looked up to you with a "Are you serious" look. Once you finished reciting, a gust of wind came by, and nothing happened.
Both of you groan in disappointment, and you both say, "What the hell?"
"You really suck, you know that?" He said while sitting up and holding the back of his head.
You scowl and glare at his scratched-up face, "You try reading this then."
Shoving the book into his arms, he grumbled and said, "How hard can it be?"
Touya stared at the first page with a determined look, the next second, he closed the book slowly and handed it back to you with a blank face.
"So, how hard was it?" You grumbled, holding the book close to you.
"Shut up; you're just a kid!" He shouted back with a red face.
"IM NOT A KID IM ALMOST TEN!"
"WELL, YOU'RE NOT TEN- AND IM ALMOST THIRTEEN! A TEEN!"
The both of you had pointless shouting for a while until Touya gave an overdramatic sigh and laid down on the dirt. You gave him a confused look and sat down on the ground, looking up at the orange sky with him.
"You're still stupid." You grumbled with a small glare to the older boy down beside you.
He huffed and glared up to you, "Shut up, Princess."
He laughed at your offended look. Just before you could fight back, you heard some rustling in the bushes. Both of you look over and see your little siblings.
Both of your faces fell.
"Brother!" The two small children shouted happily.
The small girl, only about five years old, ran up to you and tugged gently on your sleeve with a smile, "Granma says it's time to go home!"
The other kid, who was your age, looked around awkwardly as Touya glared at him. Not that you noticed, you glared down at the slightly shorter child beside you.
"Yeah, I'm coming." You said after looking away from the little girl.
"M-mom says it's time to come inside too..." Shoto said while walking into the small clearing.
