So, I've once again fallen down the pit of Steven Universe and at the moment have no desire to remove myself, but I did just make these realizations and theories:
Number one: Blue and Yellow Diamond TOTALLY have something that neither of them talks about in front of anyone, but like 90% of Homeworld is like "Oh shit, they aren't married? damn, I thought they were." No one can convince me otherwise
Number two: Lisa Hannigan. She voices Blue Diamond, but if you have seen the Irish movie Song of the Sea, she also voices the mother. This lead to my brain to recreating the clip where the mother is teaching Ben, her son, a song in Irish but he forgets some of the words, so she patiently teaches them to him, but with Blue and Pink and I cried for like, what, 45 minutes?
Number three: The Diamonds have their own brain cells ALONE. Together they have a single one that Steven has custody of.
Number four: Humans absolutely visit Little Homeworld, especially schools in the area going on field trips. Some gems are excited to see the kids and prepare for every field trip.
Number five: The first time any of the gems that didn't know steven his whole life hear him crack his joints they think he's dying and Pearl has to explain that humans get gas trapped in their joints and the cracking is the gas bubbles popping.
