More than a friend

Chapter 4

"Hello princess," purred Ingrid from behind the Rose Wood "Long time no see,"

Lottie turned around in panic; Ingrid was looking at her with a cruel smile and holding one of her spider knives. Anastacia also turned into a state of shock and quickly whispered into Lottie's ear "I'll go get help,"

Lottie nodded as Anastacia ran back inside to warn her friends. Ingrid made her way over to Lottie and put handcuffs around her wrists, she dragged Lottie by the hair, shoving her into the back of her van.

 "No no no!" Ellie screamed, crying on the grassy floor of the garden. Everyone stared at each other in horror, Jamie especially. "We have to get her back before she gets hurt," Jamie said, rubbing his chin

"Thank you captain obvious!" Ellie scowled sarcastically, still sobbing on the ground. "Did you see where they went?" asked Saskia, looking at Anastacia and patting Ellie's back. 

She pointed to the direction of the Rose wood "I made sure to look before I got help,"

Jamie nodded, as if he understood everything "Good, now that we at least know which direction she's headed but we need to scan the area using a car of some sort," Even though he acted tough, Jamie was horrified and trembling in fear and sadness. He knew he shouldn't care for her this much, as a matter of fact, he cared about her more than Ellie. He just wanted to take her in his arms and protect her from all the dangers of the world.

"We can take one of the cars in front of the school," said the twins, simultaneously, holding each others hands in fear and shivering "But we should find out where she is first."

Percy signed something to Micky which made him jump up and down in excitement, overtaking his frightened self "Percy knows! He said theres a small high tech place in the same direction Ani just pointed to, he says he had seen it when he was walking around the campus,"

"We also need a plan," Binah frowned, scribbling something on her tiny notepad "Fortunately, I have one,"

She held out her notepad "Jamie, Ellie, Saskia and Ani, you all split up into small groups to search for Lottie; Percy, the twins, Raph and I will see if we can hack the security system since you said it's high tech, nothing I can't deal with, of course."

Everyone nodded and started getting the plan in motion. After a few minutes, everyone was prepared to rescue Lottie. They all hopped into the car and made their way to Leviathan's base. Jamie's heart was racing.

What if Lottie doesn't make it?

The feeling of fear rushed through his body once again until he felt Ellie's hand pat his knee. "It's ok Jamie, I'm sure she'll make it out alive," she whispered, giving him a reassuring smile along side it. Jamie nodded grimly and looked out the window of the car door, still thinking of the worse. 

She can't leave us, she can't leave me.

"Guys," called Raphael from the front seat which caused everyone to jump up in surprise "We're here."
