Chaldea was in panic. Yes you heard that right the organization known for sorting out anomalies in history and protecting humanities future was in panic they had recently discovered of a world where heroes didn't exist.
Yet here we are 4 masters and their servants stood there listening to the director who was briefing them about their most dangerous mission yet. Interfere with this worlds history and basically stop the end of the world.
These servants consisted of knight clad in red and silver the Saber class more commonly known as the knight of treachery Mordred. The second was a woman in a black and purple clothing with a blindfold over her eyes, she was Rider or as very few knew her as the gorgon Medusa.
Next was a man who was armored in a black armor with a red visor this was the berserker who is the knight Lancelot from the legend of Arthur similar to Mordred. And finally a man who was dressed in red and black with his tanned skin and white hair this was Archer formerly known as Shirou Emiya.
"So what are here to tell us about" one of the unnamed masters spoke up they were all wearing a black suit which was stab resistant and boosted the effectiveness of magical circuits as well as a helmet which concealed their identities to anyone. These 4 were the best master available at the moment with some of the most powerful servant to exist with the exception of Ace and his servant Caster Gilgamesh who were currently dealing with an anomaly during the greater holy greater war.
Finally the director Marisbury Animusphere spoke to the masters (Yes this happens before the bombing) "This mission is unlike any done before, unlike most missions you would all be going but it appears mages no longer exist here!". With that simple sentence the atmosphere shattered and then arguing began amongst the masters.
"Now may I ask that the masters please leave the room so that I can talk with the servants" and with that the masters put there fist on their chest before leaving the room leaving the servants with the director. "Now before you panic we found a suitable replacement for your masters" as he said that Mordred laughed.
"Stronger than our masters? Ha!, I'll believe it when I see it!" and as she said this a screen opened and then they saw it. A battle field covered in swords and a castle in ruins but the one thing stood out was there was a man with swords protruding from his body with blood leaking out of him.
Archer looked curious before his eyes almost widened "No way but that isn't-" and the director chuckled before speaking again. "No not impossible, what you are seeing is the past of your master" then a red light appeared in his hand and the Noble Phantasm Gae Bolg formed in the mans hand before he jumped in the air before throwing it down.
"Why is this man so important?" and then we saw the moment that bound us to him and then Medusa decided to speak up "This was this world's last true hero, we're watching the day of his death". For a while no one spoke as he looked towards the shattered moon before smiling and then he died.
"Now what you are unaware of is that the God's of his world sent him back to save the world, I want you to help him achieve his destiny as this world's master!". The director held up his hand before any one spoke he showed a command seal. "This will be the command seal that appears on this mans hand when you arrive near him".
