Shinku woke up covered in sweat and looked around his dorm his eyes looking over every shadow in his room until eventually he closed his eyes and sighed as he got up he looked at his arm he still had the markings there on the right arm was a flame which looked like a heart and a rose on his left which was branded onto his flesh his body was covered in other marking like this.

The mark of the reapers which was the reminders of a past he left behind when he was captured during the "End of the world" so to say. But there he was sitting up at 5 in the morning looking around his empty room while he grabbed his wrist while looking at the marks adorning his arm while sighing slightly.

"Look at me still can't sleep even when I'm safe" Shinku chuckled to himself while he slowly rose out of bed before he looked at down at his draw and saw a singular necklace hanging there with a small silver knife with a ruby on the edge of the blade it wasn't weapon but instead a gift from a friend.

Then Shinku walked off to the shower to get ready for today his first class was Grimm studies not like he needed it after all 1 year in the Grimm lands did that to you but as Shinku leaves to get ready we see a picture of a young Shinku smiling with his family.

Later.

At breakfast in the cafeteria Shinku was busy cooking food in the kitchen well to be exact he was cooking 13 breakfast wraps which was a meal Shinku learnt to make while wandering Remnant. it consisted of bacon, eggs hashbrowns and cheese in a wrap which was grilled on the outside.

And he had 12 containers with him in which he placed the wraps in the containers before he placed them in his bag before pulling out his scroll and looking at the time before walking off to Ports classroom Grimm studies looking forward to comparing stories about killing Grimm.

After a quick ten minute walk he made it to class to be greeted by an empty class and the Professor dragging a large crate in which he presumed had a Grimm in it so Shinku waved at the Professor who looked back at Shinku. "Ah! welcome to Grimm Studies Mr. Masayoshi I heard about your initiation and I must say taking down a Minotaur in one strike is no easy feat!" Shinku just sat there and chuckled while listening to one of Ports stories about how he killed 3 Ursa using a pencil.

"And as the last Ursa came at me I ducked under it an-" before he could finish the others arrived just as the bell was about to ring and Ruby yelled out "We're here!" and as Ruby said that Shinku had a quiet sigh 'I'll never know how that story finish- oh wait I've already heard it before' he silently thought to himself. 

40 minutes later.

Shinku was among many things bored yes it wasn't that he wasn't paying attention in class oh god no it was rather he finally remembered about the cabbage story which was one of the longest and most irritating stories and that even considering the old sock one. It was only once he opened his eyes again he noticed the cage sitting in the center of the stage rattling "How the fuck did he manage that?!" Mordred loudly exclaimed and I just simply smirked and spoke up.
