Y/n was sitting in his house. He was thinking about the other day
He thought about the new friends he made, omori, kel, hero, aubrey, basil and mari. He really liked spending time with them. Y/n stood up and started packing things into a bag, when he was finished he was about to open the door when he remembered how couldn't defend himself last time so his friends had to defend him, he didn't want to weigh down his friends so before left, he packed one more thing and then left the house
When he arrived he sees mari was there, setting up her picnic blanket when she notices Y/n
"Oh! hey Y/n!" called mari as she waved wildly at Y/n. Y/n slowly came over to her and sat next to her on the picnic blanket and set down his bag
"He-hello f-friend M-M-Mari" Y/n managed to stammer out
It was weird. After what happened the other day, every time Y/n tries to talk to mari, he would develop a stammer, however mari had no problem with this and just continued their conversation
"Wh-where are o-o-others?" Y/n asked. Mari's face saddened "I haven't seen them around lately honestly, but-", she smiled again, "But I'm glad at least your here with me Y/n!"
Y/n blushed and just looked down at the ground. "I-It really am-mazing..", "Hm?", "I-It re-really amazing th-that Y/n has s-so m-many fr-friends" said Y/n.
Y/n laughed a bit. "H-Honestly, Y/n n-never thought t-that Y/n w-would e-ever m-make friends. Y-Y/n is just a s-s-stuttering l-loser". Mari looks at him with a frown on her face
"Why do you say that?"
"H-Huh?"
"Why do you talk so badly about yourself?" mari asked crossly
"B-Because I-It's t-true....", "Y/n don't think like that, you're not a loser. You're a great person"
"B-But Y-Y/n is w-weird"
Mari smile and put her hands over his, causing Y/n's face to go red
"Answer me this: What would the world be like if everyone acted the same? Everyone all acted the same, talk the same, think the same way, nobody is different, their all the same"
Y/n thought about this for a moment
"I-It w-would b-be very p-peaceful" said Y/n
Mari shook her head, "It would be peaceful but would also be boring. That's why everyone is different, everyone has different thoughts, strength's and flaws. That's what makes us, us. What I'm saying is that how you talk is nothing to be ashamed of, that what makes you special so don't ever think it's a bad thing!"
Y/n face was practically steaming, "U-Uhm th-thank y-you f-friend m-m-m-mari"
Mari smiled and put a hand on Y/n's head
