Meredith walked in the school with her head held high. She had just shopped in Forever 21 and bought every single bad tee she could possibly find. It cost her a hundred bucks but she didn't care. All she wanted to do was fit in.
Also, she bought new kicks. She heard that galaxy style high tops were totally in the season so she bought a pair.
To be honest, she wasn't all familiar with fashion that's why she always stuck with blue jean shorts and knee socks. It made her look like a potato but she didn't know that.
Her outfit for today was a Blink-182 shirt, blue jean shorts, and sandals. She wore her hat that she thought was a beanie too.
As she walked through the hallway, she got stares from the students. "Everyone thinks I'm so cool," she thought to herself. She was dead wrong. Everybody was whispering in their ears about how Meredith looked like a sack.
When she got to her classroom, she sat beside Christina and her new friends, Sandra and Alison. They had the nicest fashion sense. They had tank tops and ripped shinny jeans on. Meredith thought they looked dirty and uncivilized.
"Hey guys!" she chirped and took her phone out of her Dora backpack. Meredith started taking selfies while the rest of the squad looked at her in disgust.
"She's so fucking annoying," Sandra whispered to Alison. She nodded in response and passed the message to Christina. They noticed that she opened up Wattpad and started to write a chapter. "Hey, what ya writing there?" Christina asked.
"I'm writing my super awesome chap!" she squeaked. "So basically Ashton and my character get married."
"What chapter are you on again?" by now, Alison was confused.
"Um, 4?"
"Oh," she muttered to herself and stood up. "I think we need to go to the restroom."
"Can I come with?" Meredith asked. All of them shook their heads in response, going out of the room and leaving Meredith alone to fangirl about her own story.
