Chapter 9 The Apology

Josh's POV:
After all of the cast gets to the airport we board the plane.

I sit next to Jen hoping we can talk but she immeadetely puts her headphones on. She is watching a movie on her phone so I text her to attract her attention.
"Jen please listen to me we need to talk." I text her.
After 5 minutes of suspense she finally texts back "Fine"

Both Jen and I head to the plane bathroom to talk. Jen looks so upset I feel terrible.

"Jen I love you and I could never live without you, you mean the world to me!"

"Josh I love you to but I just don't know if I can trust you ,you lied to me."
She says that with such a hurt look on her face it feels like someone stabbed me right through my heart.

"I know Jen and I feel terrible I just- I just didn't want to hurt you."

"I know Josh."

And when she says that I just can't contain myself anymore. I lean into her kissing her. At first she is a little surprised but then she leans into me and runs her fingers through my blonde hair. Oh my gosh I love her so much!

"Josh," Jen begins " I love you but I need someone that I can trust someone that I can depend on."

She stops talking and I think she still wants to say something.

"And....." I say expecting more.

"I think you're that person." She says with a smile on her face.
And with that I grab her by her waist and pull her in for a long passionate kiss.

Jen' POV
Even though Josh lied to me I really believe he won't do it again. I know he hates seeing me hurt and he doesn't want to go through it again.

We then head back to our seats and Josh pulled out his laptop so we could watch a good movie together. I told him what we should watch and to my surprise he agreed. He pulled up "The Proposal" and he pushed play after plugging in our headphones.

We got about halfway through the movie before I fell asleep with my head in Josh's lap.

Josh's POV

I wake up to the humming of the plane and my laptop shutting down. I start to move and then realize Jen is asleep in my lap. For a minute I just stare at her. I am so lucky to have her in my life. She starts to wake up and I lean in to kiss her she kisses be back and smile. I am so lucky to have her!

"I love you Jennifer Shrader Lawrence"

"I love you to Joshua Ryan Hutcherson"
I smile and she smiles back.

She then starts to sit up and I help her. "How long were we asleep?"

"To be honest I don't really know." I say scratching my head.

"I love that" Jen smiles.

"Love what?" I ask Jen puzzled.

"That you scratch head whenever you're thinking." Jen says smiling while playing with my hair.

I just smile I love her so much.
