Chapter 12

Last Chapter...
Jen I won't hurt you I will do whatever it takes!" I say
"Josh I just don't know" Jen mumbles
"Jen what, what do you not know!"
"Josh I just don't know if I can trust you!" Jen screams

I sit their in shock for a minute then grab my phone and wallet and storm out of the hotel Jen crying in the room behind me."
Sam's POV:
I sit down on my bed and turn on the tv when the E News logo flashes bright across the screen. I reach for the remote immediately because I have learned as an actor not to watch it. I am about to change it when something catches my eye Josh and Jen's faces flash brightly across the screen. They are both leaving a fancy restaurant that it is across the street.

The E News reporter ,Lilly, begins after showing pics of Josh and Jen.
"Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence were seen together last night at a restaurant across the street from the hotel that they are staying at in Australia. The two were seen holding hands the whole way there and back. Is Joshifer real? Well we believe so! We'll keep you updated on the twos devolving relationship." Lilly finishes.

I turn around so see Josh standing there with tears in his eyes.

"Woah Josh buddy what's wrong?" I begin my face filled with concern.
"I screwed up Sam." Josh says a tear escaping his eye.
Josh walks over to my couch and sits down.
"Let me guess this is about you and Jen." I state
"Yah it is." Josh says sighing

"Josh whatever you did I suggest you apologize right away and tell her you love her and give into whatever she wants" I simply state.
"Ugh Sam but."
"I don't care what she did Josh trust being a married man you always give the girl what she wants." I say firmly.
"Okay I am gonna go apologize." Josh says sighing.
"Good Luck Josh trust me with Jen you're gonna need it." I say chuckling.
"I really hate you sometimes." Josh replies.
"I know!" I say smirking.
And with that I hear a door close.

Jen's POV:
I just sit here in this stupid hotel room crying my eyes out because of Josh. Why don't I want him to know about Nick and our past? Ugh all these questions fill my head as I stare out the window. Josh just doesn't understand why I we can't go public. Why are we even mad at each other just because he doesn't know doesn't mean I have to be pissed at him. "Jennifer just go talk to him!" I scream at myself.
I get up off the couch and go to open the door and when I do Josh Is standing right there.
Before I can even do anything Josh embraces me in a hug. At first I am surprised but then I give in and wrap my arms around his neck. We stand for what seems like forever until I break the silence.
"Josh I have to tell you something" I say into his shirt.
"Ok" He replies calmly.
Josh grabs my hand and leads me into the room closing the door behind us.
We sit on the couch and I begin talking.
"Josh listen I know your pissed but let me explain."I begin
Josh nods and I keep talking. "You know how I was with Nick and we went public right away and how I was always taking pain meds and wearing sweatshirts and jeans when it was hot out." Well when I was with Nick he used to hit him when he was stressed or angry and I just let him." I say a year escaping my eye. "Well he used me Josh and I just don't want that to happen again. I say tears streaming down my face. Josh just pulls me into a hug and kisses my head. "Jen listen Nick was an asshole and I would never hurt you ok?" I nod my head and bury my self deeper into Josh's warm embrace. "I love you Jen"
"I love you to Josh"
For the rest of the day Josh and I just watch tv until he suggests we go out we get ready and then leave the hotel.
"Josh where are we going?" I ask
"Somewhere." Josh replies smirkingly.
"Just tell me please!" I beg.
"Jen it has to be a surprise."
"Ugh." I whine
Josh continues driving and I turn on the radio. Josh entwines our hands and places our hands on the center console and rubs his thumb back and forth on the top of my hand.
After 20 more minutes of driving we finally arrive at a small little park with a beach.
Josh gets out grabs a picnic basket I hadn't even noticed and comes and opens up my door for me. "Why aren't you quite the gentlemen."I say
"Why Thank you." Josh says while closing the door and grabbing my hand.
Josh leads us over to a large tree and he sets out a blanket and pulls me down on it with him.
"I'm sorry Jen." Josh mumbles into my hair.
"I know." I say a tear escaping my eye.
Josh and I don't talk for what seems like forever he just holds me tighter.
"I don't ever want to lose you Jen." Josh says.
I nod and just hold him tighter.
Josh is everything to me. He's my rock, my best friend, and the person who makes me smile no matter what.
Sometimes I doubt our new relationship because I'm scared I'm going to loose him. But I know Josh and he's gonna do everything to make this work and I love him for it.
