That One Friend Group: The Finale

1. The New Jordan

(read That One Friend Group and That One Friend Group: Summer Feud before reading this story so it makes sense)

"Maybe it's the new Jordan" - Stella

Stella's POV

So, Tayler actually didn't move school and showed up to surprise Destiny.

It was really sweet of him to do that. I don't know if it was a surprise the whole time or not but I was glad he was back, Destiny was a mess without him.

The last time Jordan and Tayler had a proper conversation was when he over heard her plan on using Josh and then telling him, Jordan was mad at Josh, Tayler and Destiny but never got the chance to yell at Tayler.

So I could already tell this would be an interesting afternoon.

Because Tayler came at the end of school, it was already time for us to go home.

"I'll ask if I can go to the park." Chris said enthusiastically, still fired up from attacking Penelope's new boyfriend. I don't know what got into him, but something did.

"Same." Josh said, he was still upset at Jordan for breaking his heart and having a new boyfriend but was happy that she said it in a nice way.

I don't know what happened to Jordan, she went from being the most agressive, the one who's always mad at someone or something, to being calm and nice. Is it Wyatt?

I could tell she was happy being around Wyatt, we all could.

But not as happy as Destiny being around Tayler. She still had her arms and legs wrapped round him and he looked like he was about to drop her. It was cute though.

"We're not going to the park." Ryder said. "What?" Chris asked confused. "We aren't?" Jordan joined in and we all got confused. "Well where are we going?" I asked him. "Town, it's over there." He said, pointing to some trees. "Oh yeah, a bunch of trees. That's the town!" Jordan said sarcastically, she still had some meanness to her but it was gradually going away. "You know what I meant!" Ryder snapped and she turned to Wyatt.

We decided to go to the town after all, we had a debate on where to go and town got the most votes.

We started walking until we heard a bunch of high-pitched talking from annoying girls and chuckles of pleasure from Parker.

"Those girls voice's are more annoying then Stella's laugh." Chris said and I hit him, which he didn't take lightly and hit me back.

I think, Jordan and Chris switched personality's or something.

"He has a big ego." Josh said and Jordan nodded.

Wyatt was gone. "Where's Wyatt?" I asked Jordan and she pointed to a random car. "Going home, I told him I just wanted to spend time with you guys." She said and I nodded in response.

"Parker! Wait for me!" We heard yet another girl call from inside of the building, Parker stopped. "Come on sweetie, your all coming back to my place." He said proud, we all looked at him disgusted and he gave us a sight glance.

The girl ran out of the building and I recognized which one it was. It was the girl Ryder called hot.

I don't know why he called her that but it worried me.

I heard Chris growl. "Ryder." Destiny said, he was staring at her. I could see Jordan starting to tense up because I knew she would hit him if he made any move on her.

"Hmm?" Ryder snapped out of his thoughts. "What you looking at?" Jordan walked up to him but Chris stepped in front and pushed her back a bit. "Yeah?" Chris tried to be scary. Ryder struggled to get a sentence out. "Uhm- Uhm- Nothing." He gulped nervously, he looked at me but Chris turned him back. "Don't lay your eyes on her like that again." Chris said, I love having protective friends. "I- I wasn't-." Ryder tried speaking but Chris cut him off. "Don't lie." He said.

Chris patted Ryder's head for a moment before turning back to the rest of us, who were in shock on how Chris went from normal to feisty literally overnight. "Five feet of fury!" Tayler exclaimed and we laughed, Destiny a little too much. "I'm not five foot, i'm 4'7 so thanks for the compliment." Chris said and continued to walk forward, we all caught up to him and I started talking to Ryder like normal.

I realized that the girl he called hot is friends with Layla and Eden so I know she'll be just like them. I think her name's Chloe? I don't know, it was some pick me girl sounding name.

While we were walking, Jordan and Josh were in front of me and Ryder. They seem to be better as friends and I find it strange how nice Jordan is being. I guess it's just the new Jordan.

At one point, Josh stepped on her foot. Usually, she'd go off on him for standing on her shoes, not her actual foot. But this time, she just said it's fine when he said sorry and continued walking. She said it so calm as well.

Chris on the other hand was the one in front (Destiny and Tayler were behind us). He was walking like he was some important person who only cared about the money. I don't know how to describe it but it was intense. "Imagine dramatic music over Chris walking." Ryder whispered to me and I laughed then pictured it. "It's pretty funny." I told him.

We made it to the main street of the town (or City Center, whatever you want to call it). We looked about at all the stores and were deciding which one to go to. "Can we get food? I'm hungry!" Destiny whined. "Me too, I haven't ate since this morning I've been in the car." Tayler used it as an excuse.

We all looked around at each other. "Why not!" Chris exclaimed, we walking into a pizza place. "You guys are forgetting I don't eat pizza." I said and Chris rolled his eyes. "Get the dough balls you dough ball." He tried insulting me but it was funny.

In the end I actually did get the dough balls because there was nothing else.

We ordered desert and we all got a mixture of cakes or ice cream. Most of us got both.

Destiny and Tayler were feeding each other which made the rest of us stare at them and be uncomfortable. "Is that was couples do?" Chris asked. "I guess so." Jordan said. "I wasn't asking you!" He hit her and she jamp back. "Well who were you asking?" Jordan asked. "Them, duh." Chris said with attitude while pointing to Destiny and Tayler. Jordan sighed. "Don't breathe on my food!" Chris hit her.

We kept talking for a bit and filling Tayler in on everything. When suddenly, the door opened and that same annoying chuckle came through. "Hold on! Daddy's got to eat." We heard Parker say and we all looked around at each other. "What the fudge cake?!" Destiny exclaimed. We looked at her, questioning why she said fudge cake. "Sorry, I love food." She whispered. "Same." Jordan said and Chris hit both of them. "Shut up!" He said.

The girls Parker was with were all over him, it was a little strange the fact their all thirteen - fifteen. The girl who Ryder was hitting on was there and I think she's Parker's favourite or something because he was really close with her. I heard Parker say her name. "Amber, stop." He said, so I was close with guessing her name. I think one of the other girl's is called Chloe, I don't know which one though.

Ryder kept staring at her, but I gave up at this point. I knew he wouldn't stop. What was wrong with him? I started questioning if he even liked me.

The girl got off Parker and went to the bathroom and about two minutes later.. "I'm going to the bathroom." Ryder said. Everyone else said okay but I just nodded slowly, I was more disappointed in myself for dating him in the first place. He seems like a cheater. "You okay?" Jordan asked me, I think I needed to tell them.

A/N: I unpublished the prequel because it got boring so in stead i'm writing the finale. Be prepared for a lot of drama.
