I woke up to someone shaking me. I turned over to see Anders.

"Breakfast is ready downstairs." Anders said. I walked downstairs and poured a glass of orange juice.

"You're not hungry?" Blake asked.

"I don't eat breakfast." I said.

"Well you should. We've got a long day ahead." Blake said.

"Oh yeah time to find out how long I'm gonna be in an orange jumpsuit," I said.

"You realise it's not a joke right?" Blake asked.

"It was sarcasm." I said. "I know it's no joke."

"Well on the bright side they found out your dad didn't murder that boy." Blake said.

"I know. I was there I know who fired the bullet and I know that if it's based on my dad's sentencing I could be looking at 20 years in a federal penitentiary." I said.

"It's not going to be that long." Blake said.

"You got the DA in those deep pockets?" I asked starting to eat.

"He's like a magician never know what tricks are up his sleeves." Fallon said walking in.

"It's for you." Anders said handing me the phone. I answered.

H: AJ, we've run into a problem.

A: What?

H: Hiram's coming home and social services don't want Alana and Hiram together. Alana's going to the Southside.

A: She's not going to the Southside. She'll get ripped apart.

H: AJ it's out of my hands. And yours.

A: No. She's my little sister the hell is she going to Southside elementary.

H: AJ you can't protect her when you're behind bars.

I hung up and stood up throwing my jacket on and walking out.

"AJ," Fallon yelled following me. I ignored her. Fallon grabbed me and spun me around. "AJ, I get that you want to protect your sister from the southside, but you protected her that night you confessed to being a part of that murder. We know that Clifford Blossom threatened you and your dad saying that both your brother and sister would face the same fate as Jason if you didn't confess. If you really wanna get home to protect your sister then play the good girl, confess and own up to your part, but running back home is only going to make you look worse in court. And if you were there the only thing that would happen is you going to a foster home as well. You're still a kid AJ."

"Yeah, but at least she would have had me there." I argued.

"She has your brother. Right now you need to focus on yourself." Fallon said grabbing my shoulders.

"I don't know how. I don't know how to focus on myself. Everything I've done I did for her." I said.

"Then learn. Learn to be a better version of yourself." Fallon said.

"What's wrong with this version?" I asked.

"Nothing. Charming, bad girl with a tongue as sharp as a knife is great. What's your sister's name?" Fallon asked.

"Alana." I said.

"Be the type of sister Alana can look up to and think damn she went to prison and now she's working hard to prove that she's not what everyone thinks of as an ex-con." Fallon said.

"God fine. I'll stay but only cause you begged me to." I said.

"Oh, sweetheart. I don't beg and I wouldn't go there with you. Not because you're not hot just because you're too young." Fallon smirked. We walked inside. I finished up eating and then headed upstairs to get ready. I had just gotten out of the shower as Fallon holding up a dress.
