Scared

Ally's POV
I was currently in my room crying and trying to stop a panic attack but I couldn't I was hearing yelling from downstairs and I needed to go down to get my anxiety medicine.

Ten minutes later I didn't hear anymore yelling so I finally made the decision to go down grab the box and head upstairs and just ignore the two adults.

As I walked down as quietly as I could one of the floor boards beneath my feet creaked on the stairs showing the two that I was coming down so I wiped my face went down like I'm trying not to sneak around and go to the kitchen but I was followed by the two.

"Ally...." dad said but I ignored and went to the cupboard to grab the pills "did you have a panic attack??"dad asked again but I just left but a grip on my wrist stopped me from leaving "Ally" he said while I didn't look at him "for god sake Ally look at me!" He yelled slamming his hand on table making me flinch. Flash backs rushed into my head.
"Useless"
"Unwanted"
"You don't deserve to be here"
"Die"

Chris POV
"For god sake Ally look at me!" I yelled and slammed my hand on the table then I see her flinch crap I scared her and she's hyperventilating shit I caused this Ally was muttering words to her self but then starting to speaking louder "get out of my head" she repeated multiple times I then knelt down besides her and pulled her into a hug while she used my breath to steady hers "seb grab a glass of water" I said gabbing the pack of meds and popping two out and handing them to Ally with the water.

After 15 minutes of calming down she then finally spoke "I-I'm s-sorry" she said making me sad "no.. no don't be it's my fault I shouldn't have scared you" I replied stroking her cheek "b-but I don't t-tell you about my.." she stared "shhhh it doesn't matter now does it?" I asked "I'm scared" she responded while I pulled Ally into a tighter hug letting her cry.

Ally ended up falling asleep in my arms so I carried her onto the couch and led her down head in my lap while seb and I watch tv. "Do you think she's going to be alright?" Seb asked "I think so she just worried bless her" I responded finally understanding the situation "I just don't understand why she didn't tell me" I confused "she was probably scared that if she told you, you might leave her for what reason I don't know it could be for being a burden or worry that you might hate her for dreaming about her mom" seb said making me nod along.

A couple hours have past and seb and I were watching tv while Ally was still asleep until I felt her move around in my lap. Sweet ran cold on her forehead and she was muttering words like "useless" "unwanted". "Ally.... Ally" I whispered rubbing her arm awake to get her out of the nightmare seb was worried and sat on the floor next to ally. Next things next Ally shoot up heavy breathing "shhh shhhh" I heard seb say grabbing her hand "it's just a nightmare als" I tell her.

Ally was calming down and sat up right and hugged my side digging her head in my shoulder. I felt water seeping through my shirt "come on lets go out" I say out of nowhere "but it's like 10 at night" seb said "actually 12" Ally said showing her phone to us "just get into the car guys" I say walking to get the keys and put my shoes on.

Ally's POV
When we got into the car I looked out of the window at the clear sky with the stars it was absolutely beautiful. 10 minutes later dad pulled up out side of a 24 hour cafe walked in and then walked out with 3 ice creams Seb and I were confused dad handed us one each while seb and I got out of the car and sat on the concrete floor eating them together.

"What's this about?" I asked dad "it's peaceful and we needed to get out of the house" he admitted when we finished our ice creams we led down and watched the sky. "It's beautiful" I say "not as beautiful as you though" dad said making me fake gag and laugh "what? It isn't" dad said trying to keep a straight face "your just really cheesy"
