It had been 3 days.
3 days of mondo sitting in his tank, doing nothing but answering Takas questions. Not just him, his crew was a bit curious too. There were a few mondo expected, like for example:
"How did you stay hidden all those years?"
"Why do you eat people?"
"Why haven't humans heard of male sirens?"

All of these were fairly easy to answer. But most of the odd questions came from the crew.. especially the one with red hair, and the other who had hair that looked like a sea urchin. Questions like:
"Where's your dick?"
"Can you change your gender like a clownfish??"
And "how do you guys Fuck??"

All pretty stupid questions if mondo was being honest. But he answered honestly, the two men left feeling.. different.. He didn't expect much from humans. His bro always told him they were stupid and complicated. With a bunch of stupid rules. However, a certain someone seemed to enjoy these rules. And fallow them to a T. Kiyotaka.

Mondo and the captain had grown closer than before, but they were still much of a mystery to each other. With mondo mainly confused with Taka's constant rules rules and rules. He was always talking about the books he read, and his family. Well, if he wasn't drowning in paperwork. Mondo felt bad for the guy, he never had any fun. Damn, he looked like he didn't even know what fun WAS!

"Hey, Capin?" Mondo asked, swimming up to the top of the tank, sticking his upper half out of the water.

"Yes mondo?" Taka said, not looking up from his papers. He was writing in a book, mondo figured it was some kind of diary. As if he wasn't doing paperwork, he was writing in that book, mondo could recognize his name being written down, but that's it.

"You guys got any fish? I mean, like salmon and shit. I can last a week or so without food, but I'm getting kinda hungry.." mondo asked, leaning out of the tank. Taka looked up at him with his usual intense glare, not that he meant to or anything. It soon turned into a small smile, his smiles always seemed so genuine. Mondo didn't understand why though..

"Ah, of course! We have saved plenty of fish! I'll go get some for you then!" Taka said, enthusiasticly standing up, and slowly walking out the door. Mondo's eyes fallowed him, watching his every move, admiring his new friend? Could he count taka as a friend now? He shook his head at the thought, he could get to attached! He was supposed to escape!

Mondo did try, various attempts were made to seduce the human. Mondo hummed songs that almost always worked, flirted (even though he wasn't very good at it) and tried to give off every hint he could. But none of them worked, Taka must have good mental solitude.. then,an idea popped into Mondo's head, he had to try it!
