Hinata and Nishinoya are in bed with Tanaka watching scary videos. It's 3:06 AM. The boys were quite paranoid, they got even more paranoid when they heard noises from outside of the apartment. There's constant noises coming from outside of Tanaka's apartment until.. they hear the noise inside of the apartment .
