While Sohyun was looking out the window, she didn't notice someone opening the door. The one who opened it tapped her shoulder.

"Everything will be alright," He said. That shocked Sohyun. 

"Yah!! Oppa!! Can you knock first and please walk with sounds so that I can know someone is coming" She said to her cousin , Dr. Woong. 

"Okay next time!" He said and showed a peace sign. He also told her that Sohyun's mother will go to Seoul because she heard of the news. 

He helped her to take a seat on the bed. "By the way, I told Wonwoo oppa to take a rest first because he did so many surgeries yesterday so I'm here, your most handsome cousin to take care of you." 

"Yeah right! Wonwoo oppa needs some rest on dealing with his naughty sister." She feels so bad because his brother sacrificed a lot for her. 

Woong noticed that Taehyung was not there so he asked "Sohyun-ah, where is Taehyung hyung?" 

"He is talking to his brother downstairs"

"Oh!! I see. Do you want something?"

"Nothing oppa"

"Can I ask something?" He just wants to make sure so he wants to ask something. 

"What is it, oppa?"

"Does hyung know? 

She does not know what he is referring to but she feels it is about her disease which she has been suffering for years. She shook her head as a reply for him. 

"When will you tell him when you are dying and can't even speak?"

"I'm still looking for a perfect timing ... maybe before we get married so he will not stuck with me"

Sohyun is very naughty. At first she didn't want to receive any treatment, but now she doesn't want to tell her future husband about her disease. Woong hoped that every decision she made will not make her regret later on.
