Taehyung is the second son of Eunji and Donghae. Their family is known in the business world. Myungsoo, the first son, was not that intelligent like Taehyung. We can say that Donghae and Eunji's favorite son was Taehyung. They really focus on him but they also love Myungsoo. He didn't know that he was also loved by his parents. Myungsoo slowly became jealous of his younger brother. When they were in high school, Taehyung had so many friends compared to Myungsoo.

One day, Myungsoo planned to make Taehyung bad in front of everyone so that no one would approach him. He set him up that he was the one who stole the answer key in their school.

It was already dark. Taehyung was looking for his bracelet behind the grass. No one knows he was there. After some minutes, he found his bracelet but there was a light pointing at him and said "here he is" Two security guards approached him.

"What is it Ajusshi?" He asked.

"Where is the thing you get?" One of the security guards asked.

"What do you mean? I'm just looking for my bracelet"

"Bracelet? You are finding that at the faculty room?"

"No Ajusshi. I'm--"

"Please just call your parents. You liar!" They noticed that the one who made a mess in the faculty room went this way.

A day after, some answer sheets were found in his locker. Taehyung's name at the school was already damaged. His friends were slowly decreasing. They think that maybe that was the reason why he is always on top 1. He cheats. Eunji didn't accept the fact that Taehyung can do that. Donghae believed his son couldn't do that so he started to investigate.

He really felt sad so his older brother invited him. Myungsoo has a motorcycle. He drove it so fast that led them to an accident. Taehyung lost his unconsciousness and that was the time Myungsoo changed their position so that it will show that Taehyung was the driver not him.

At the hospital, Eunji and Donghae were so worried about what happened to their sons. Some police wanted to talk to Taehyung, who they knew as the driver. They told them that the reason for the accident was that he was drunk when he drove. Taehyung still doesn't have a license and he can't drink. 

When he woke up, he was asked about the accident. He said "Hyung was the one who drove and I still haven't tasted an alcohol"

That was heard by his mother "how dare you to blame your hyung, Taehyung. You have a face to lie. Your hyung is still not waking up and you-" . Myungsoo was just acting like he hadn't woken up. He is completely fine. He just has some scratches but Taehyung has more.

Donghae held his wife. "Calm down, honey"

The said accident didn't affect anyone but Taehyung violated the rule which is driving drunk without a license. He should be held by the policemen. Donghae bailed him out and sent him to Daegu. There Taehyung had some counseling because that accident really affected him mentally and emotionally.

Since then, Eunji didn't talk to him that much.

He started his new life in Daegu with his aunt, Yoona, who is Donghae's sister. She is like Taehyung's mother. She guided him on his journey until Taehyung decided to go to Seoul again for his college. He worked a lot of part-time jobs so he didn't have to be a burden to his aunt who always helped him.

While working in a convenience store, Taehyung met Seungkwan again. They didn't meet for a long time because Seungkwan studied elementary and high school in Japan. They also don't have enough communication at that time.

Seungkwan helped him to be an employee of one of the best agencies in Korea. The daughter of that company has a crush on Seungkwan and her father knew him so well that it was easy for him to make a request to let his best friend work at their company. 

After some months of being an intern there, he met the crying lady at the convenience store who wanted him to play as her manager when her mother went to Seoul.

It is italicized because it is a flashback of Taehyung's life.
