Today is the music fest. It's the day all the students have been waiting for the whole school year. The day where all the students are free to go around the school, enjoy the school fairs, booths and most especially the main program. The performance of different clubs and a special guest, DAY6.

Aera woke up before her alarm which is very rare to happen. Even when it's still early she took a warm bath, before picking the clothes she prepared with Jinhee the week before last week so they would be matching. Which Aera forced Jinhee for it.

Speaking of Jinhee, Aera received a message from her. "Let's meet up at the café near our school." Aera replied, "sure."

If you will ask Aera if she is mad at Jinhee her answer will be 'No'. She was never mad at her, Jinhee is her best friend and she knows her better than anyone, maybe even better than Beomgyu.

After a few minutes of walk she finally arrived at the café. There she saw a familiar figure sitting at the same spot they used to sit on. "I was expecting you to wear something else." Jinhee looked up and saw her best friend after a few days. She knows that Aera has been putting walls between them these days and she thinks she knows exactly why.

"Well you said you'll buy me my favorite chips. How can I say no to that?" they both laugh. Aera stares at Jinhee for a while before saying, "I miss you." Jinhee nods with a small smile on her face, "me too."

"How are you?" Jinhee asked. "I'm doing great." Aera replied.

"What about Gyu?"

Aera chuckles a bit, "He's busy and stressed out, because he'll be performing later and his favorite band will be watching him."

After catching up, Jinhee finally asked Aera. "Are you mad at me?" Aera shook her head, "I'm not mad at you."

"Then why are you distancing from me?" Aera let out a sigh, she doesn't know where to start and what words to use to avoid hurting her friend.

"I-I just need to. Because if I didn't, it might be awkward you know. To be honest, it hurts to see you two together and getting along. But I'm not mad at you. I'm never mad at you.

Because I trust you Jinhee. I know you'll never hurt me." Aera stares at Jinhee, examining her expression. Jinhee bit her lower lip before nodding, "You can trust me Aera."

The two arrived at their school, as expected all of the students were scattered all over the school. They look like ants, Aera thought. They both start to roam around the school, trying out other booths, playing some games prepared by the other clubs. Hanging out together just like the old times.

When they went to their own booth, they were surprised by the long line. "Hey guys! You seem busy." Jinhee waved at Soobin and Huening Kai. "Yup! Looks like everyone wants to see our performance later." Soobin said confidently.

Aera and Jinhee aren't sure about that. "You sure? Aren't they excited to see the special guest?" Aera points out the group of girls wearing DAY6 t-shirts.

"Well that could be one of the reasons." Huening Kai said and they laughed. "By the way, is everything ready later?" Jinhee asked. "We sent the three there to help the other students to prepare the stage." Huening Kai answered.

"But aren't you two should be there as well?" Aera added.

Soobin tilted his head, "Then no one will sell the tickets and lightsticks."

Aera thought for a while, "You know we don't have any plans to do anymore. We can replace you here while you prepare for later."

Soobin and Huening Kai looked at Aera, "really?! You can do that?" Soobin asked. Jinhee and Aera nod then the two celebrate. "You two are the best! We owe you one!." Huening Kai said before the two dash off to the back stage.
