A few days have passed and it's been a hell for Aera, she's been studying so hard with Taehyun for the last few days for their final exam. It's not like she never studies for her exams but with Taehyun it's 3x harder.

Taehyun always decided to study a bit earlier before the exam so he could study at ease, unlike other students who study the day before the exam and this time he dragged Aera to study with him. Plus he could teach her math.

However, after all the hardworks and sleepless nights of reviewing at least she studies with Taehyun and it's not because she's with a boy, but because she's with someone who can also teach her and at the same time make her smile when she's tired.

On the first day of their examination Aera felt a rush of confidence to take the exam. While walking on the way to school she spotted Huening Kai in the bookstore near to the school.

Aera's POV

I should be heading straight to school now because Beomgyu is waiting for me at the gates. He texted me this morning after I went out of the bathroom saying he needs help with math. I'm actually surprised that I'm the one he's asking to teach him. On. Math.

But then I asked him why not ask Jinhee, because that's how we used to do it. Beomgyu and I would be walking to Jinhee before the exam asking her a bunch of questions. Then he replied to me because I studied with Taehyun.

I told him to just ask Taehyun. I waited for a few seconds before he could reply in all caps. Saying, "WHEN I ASK HIM A QUESTION HE'LL JUST TELL ME THAT I SHOULD STUDY HARDER! MY LAZY BUTT!!"

I entered the store and was welcomed by the familiar smell. The store is filled with school supplies that every student needs. One of the reasons why the students in our school like this store is because they also sell some comic books. Another thing I noticed is that they have two new coolers for students to buy ice cream after school.

The owner is very smart to build a store with all the students' interest close to a school. Also, the owner knows Beomgyu so well because he drops by here almost everyday.

"Huening Kai-ah." I called him as I saw him in the school materials section. He looked up at me and showed me a little piece of paper with a list of school materials on it.

"What is that for?"

"Soobin is planning to surprise the teachers on the last day of school and this is some of the stuff that they need." I nod then he continues to find the other materials. I just remembered that Soobin is also one of the officers in the high school department.

"Then why are you the one buying?" He walked closer to me, like he'll tell me something so confidential. "Because I asked him to teach me math but he ended up answering our final assignment."

My eyes widened looking at him, then he gave me an innocent smile. "I didn't know you could do that?"

"There's a lot more you need to know about me." I laugh at his statement and he's right there's a lot more to know about him. Our friendship just started this school year, for sure my senior year would be a lot more fun when I have Huening Kai by my side.

We both walked through the school gate and as I expected Beomgyu was there holding his math book. "Wow, What a new sight to see. I never see Huening Kai with anyone else except Soobin." Beomgyu said.

"Well maybe next time not anymore." I said.

Ten minutes before the time we start the exam I tried teaching math to Beomgyu just like how Taehyun did to me but with a little bit more effort. I really admire Jinhee's patience when she's teaching Beomgyu about something because it feels like this will never end.
