-Drip...
Drip...
Tears slid down my face, dripping onto the hardwood floor that covered my entire room's floor. Sitting on my bed, a cold coin in my palm that showed my soon to be fate. It's weird how the coin was always cold no matter how long I kept it in my pocket to warm it up a bit. The mattress rose up as I stood up, placing the coin down, the sound of my footsteps being the only thing I heard as I made my way towards an open door in the room. Walking in I reach out for a handle, turning it to hear water run into an empty sink. Cupping my hands I fill them with water and splash it against my face, the cold water feeling refreshing against my tear stained cheeks. Looking into the mirror I see h/l h/c hair, s/c skin and e/c eyes staring back at me.
I place my hand on the cold metal and turn the water off, grabbing a towel beside me to pat my face dry. Taking a deep breath I make my way out and into the same room, the coin facing heads on the bed. I look away and go for the other door that was closed, turning the lights off by flipping a switch beside the door. I grab the handle and open the door to come face to face with a hallway, the sound of soft voices being heard. I turn back and see something shiny in the room before closing the door.
I walk down the hall with my head down, e/c eyes looking down at the same type of hardwood flooring as the room. Lifting my head, light filling the room at the end of the hall, I see two people sitting at a table. They both looked at me with a smile, the lady saying something to me as she offered me a seat. I walk over to the table silently, my footsteps the only thing I heard. I pull the chair out a bit before sitting down, a green ceramic plate sat in front of me with food on it. I couldn't make out what food it was but something about the green plate caught my attention more. I look up and see the two at the table talk to each other, a smile on both their faces and somehow a smile was also forming on mine.
I relax a bit but before I could relax my stiff hand, a cold metallic feeling sat in my palm. I open up my fist and see the same coin that I left in the room. Moving the coin, I flipped it. It landed on heads, clear as day as it sat under the table. I look up at the two people, the smiles they had had turned into panic. I sat there with the same smile, a dark void forming under the table as vines wrapped themselves onto the male and female. The table was pulled into the void as I sat there untouched, the two unable to scream as the vines strangled them.
"Y-..Y/n..! H..elp..!" The women said with tears rolling down her face. "W-We...We're so-rry!!.." The male cried while beginning to choke on his tears. I sat there. A smile on my face that didn't move. Everything happened so slow and when it ended I had a coin in my palm. Cold. I stood up, my foot stepping on a green plate as I heard it break. I looked down and laughed. "Who cares if I break mom's favorite plate, she was a bitch anyways." I walk where the table use to be, tears falling again.
Slam!
"Y/N!!! Bee said we have a day off!! Let's go somewhere fun today!!" A male called out in a loud cheery voice. I opened up my eyes, the light blinding me as I lift my head off the table. "You look like shit...Was it that dream again..?" The male looked at me with worried starlight blue eyes. They looked sad but had stars in them if that makes any sense. He had deep blue hair, short pieces of hair adorning the sides of his face and front that fluffed up a bit, a mullet like cut in the back. He had a few freckles, two sitting side by side under his left eye. He ruffled up my h/c hair and grinned. "Come on! No use dwelling on the past like this! Let's do something to take your mind off of it for now."
He pulled me up from my seat, chuckling as he held my hand in his. "Where'd you like to go?" He asked as his earring swung a bit as he moved, a silver star hanging from his left ear. I look at him but before I could open my mouth I hear a door open. Not just any door, a car door.
