As they all sit waiting in the waiting room of the doctors, Emma is sat deep in her thoughts just listening to the clock on the wall going tick tick tick.
Suddenly Emma is shaken out of her thoughts by the sound of her name being called out, she jumps up and they all walk into the doctors office.
Killian sits down on the chair next to the doctors desk whilst Emma lays on the bed and Regina stands next to her holding her hand.
"Ok Emma how are you feeling today and do you know how far along you are" the doctors questions whilst setting up all the machines he will need.
Emma replies whilst pulling her top up enough for the doctor to check the baby "I'm ok the morning sickness is horrible, and yes I'm 5 months today".
As the doctor starts to examine the health of the baby, his facial expressions change from happy to shocked but likely Emma and Regina were to busy looking at the monitor to notice anything.
later that week everyone had gathered in Emma's background for the gender reveal party. Snow slowly walks up to Emma who is perch on Regina's lap whilst having their hands on top of each other.
"Hey guys, how you feeling Emma" snow says whilst smiling.
"Hey mum yeah I'm fine just nervous about what the gender is. I mean I'm hoping for a girl but I will be happy either way". Emma says whilst looking down at the bump then up to Regina who is sat smiling then continues with a little confusion mixed with happy painted on her face "you look really happy today what's brought that on, I'm only saying that because you have seemed happy for the past few days".
Regina smile grows and then she responds "I'm just happy that I finally get to have my happy ending, your my happy ending this baby and Henry are all I need right now, and I'm hoping for a girl".
A few hours have passed and Emma gets up whilst hold Regina's hand walks over to the table and says out loud so everyone could hear "ok everyone I think it's about time we get to the gender reveal because I'm bursting to want to know what I'm having".
Everyone scream in excitement and Emma picks up a small pin and pops the first black balloon to reveal pink balloons inside. Everyone scream and Emma says laughing "we have made it so one of the balloons reveals the correct gender so one will be filled with the actual gender and the last two will be filled with white balloons".
Emma passes the pin to Regina who pops the second balloon which is filled with white balloons. Next Regina passes the pin to Killian pops balloon three revealing blue balloons, which suddenly sends extreme pain down Emma back and into her stomach causing her to bend over.
Regina rushes to Emma side griping one of Emma hand in hers and places the other on her back and says with a worried tone lingering in her voice "Emma what's wrong is it the twins, do u need to go to hospital".
Emma holding her free hand on her stomach replies with tries rolling down her face "I-I'm having twins, how am I going to look after twins, I don't even know how to look after one let allow two I gave Henry up before I could even do anything so I now nothing about looking after kids".
Regina pulling Emma into a hug replies "you will do great because I will be by your side through it all I'm never going to leave you".
Emma's cries come to a stop when she looks up at Regina and responds "thank you that means a lot, I love you so much and I'm happy that They will have a mother like you".
Killian standing still in shock walks over to Emma and says "i will be by your side as well we might not be together anymore but I will still be by your side no matter what".
Emma stands up with a little help from Regina, and says "ok now that we have the gender of the baby sorry babies, we should give them both names, I have already come up with a girls name but for a boy I'm not sure. So the girl is going to be called Roni".
Emma turns to Regina and says "I'm going to let you name the boy". Regina smiles and replies "thank you as much as I would love to name the boy I think this should be the father's moment".
Killian still with a shocked look on his face looks up at Regina and says "how about we come up with one together as they are your kids too so first name that comes to mind that's what he will be called".
Both in unison say "Oliver" Emma smile and replies with a single tear rolling down her check replies "that's a lovely name, yeah that's what they will be named Oliver and Roni".
It's been two hours since the party and both Regina and Emma are laying in bed wrapped each other, with one hand placed onto of each other on Emma's belly they both smile and laugh when they feel one of the twins kick.
Regina still smile places a small kiss on Emma's forehead she says "one of them are differently active today, with that being said another kick could be felt right under their hands causing Emma clench Regina's hand as both twins kicked that time with one kick into her ribs.
Regina moves her hand from on top of Emma's and places it on her rib rubbing it to help with the pain. Emma smiles and says "babe thank you for that it's helping a lot these two really like to kick me in the ribs but today they are being super active and are kicking me all over".
Regina smiles back and places another kiss on Emma forehead and say through the smile "babe everything is fine, but if you would like I can call the doctor and we can book for an emergency appointment for today".
Emma smiles and nods her head yes, then yarn and stretches and replies "yes please, whilst you do that I'm going to have a little sleep".
Regina nods then stands up from the bed and walks over to the door and stops in her tracks "If you need anything call me I just going to be in the study catching up on a few bits of work". With that being said she disappears and walks down stairs.
